At $249 a night plus tax, etc., I was expecting something a little less disgusting. We checked in last night and upon entering our room, we found a lighter and a crack pipe on the nightstand between the two beds. The front desk clerk was good at accommodating us with another room, but the second room we were given didn't have a stopper in the tub, so we had to stuff the drain with toilet paper to keep water in the tub. And the faucet was broken and missing handle. Overall a pretty disgusting room and awful experience. As a silver elite Marriott member on a VIP rate, I expected much more. This particular hotel is more aligned with a $39.99 Motel 6 in the ghetto than a Courtyard Marriott in a relatively nice neighborhood. Overall a massive disappointment. a few indigents hanging out in the parking lot too, which made me nervous when parking my car in the lot. Note to self: Lots of other choices in the area to choose from for next time.

Our stay was extremely frustrating considering they did not clean our room once within 4 days. We asked the front desk twice if we could have our room cleaned, were told yes, and then it was never cleaned the entire stay. The shower was not cleaned before our arrival and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all empty. There was barely any hot water and the walls were so thin that we could hear absolutely everything. Never been to a hotel where you have to ask for your room to be cleaned. The bistro and pool were both closed. Extremely disappointing experience. We had to ask for new towels every single night due to the lack of service. The guy working responded with “I’m just the night guy. This has been happening a lot lately.” Will not be returning. Recommend anyone to stay somewhere else where basic needs of a hotel stay will be met. Terrible experience.

As a Titanium Elite Member I have never been so mistreated like I was with this particular Marriott. No problems making the reservation, but it wasn’t until I called to say we would be arriving late. I was told to call after 10pm to be put on the late arrival list. So I called when I was asked, well I was told that they had an incident that day and that I would have to be relocated to another brand hotel of all things. The front desk people at the Marriott were very rude and disrespectful when we were talking. It gets worse. When we arrived at the other hotel, it wasn’t even the same room type. I had reserved a two queen room at the Marriott, but instead I got a King Room at the other hotel. I was told that this would be for a one night only and that I would need to check out first thing in the morning and go back to the Marriott. How am I supposed to do that when check in isn’t until after 4. When we got back to the Marriott, they mentioned to us that it only effected three rooms, and we were one of the three. That was not what we were told before. Someone isn’t telling the same story at the Hotel. Never once were we told sorry for the inconveniences or compensated for anything. And to add to all that, we asked for a late checkout and we were told that we couldn’t because they were not given enough notification. If the Marriott knew they had a problem, why didn’t the hotel have the common courtesy to take the proactive approach and give me a call and let me know what was actually going on. Honesty is the best practice and goes much further with me, than making up stories. Marriott you need to teach your employees to go the extra mile and make things right with hotel guests, especially a titanium elite member, or anyone for that matter. That cost me 80,000 Marriott Rewards points and we didn’t even stay the first night.

I’ve been a Marriott Bonvoy elite member for quite some time, and I have to say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.||During the second night of our stay, we realized that someone, not us, had blown their nose in the comforter. Upon further inspection, we noticed blood stains all over the comforters and duvet covers.|We brought this to the staffs attention and took the comforter and duvet off the bed and put it onto the floor as instructed by the cleaning staff. ||Shockingly, when we returned that night, the same, dirty comforter, and duvet cover, were placed on the bed. Laughably the cleaning staff had left a calling card, not 6 inches from one of the blood stains.||When we brought this to the attention of the Bell staff, we were told that no one was on duty and we would have to make the beds ourselves if we wanted to clean sheets.||To make matters worse, they had no extra comforters available, so we had to use the temporary blanket on the bed. ||While, we did not eat breakfast or have any meals at the hotel, during our five day stay, we did not see any staff manning the in-house Starbucks, during any of the listed open hours. ||When we brought these points up to the receptionist that appeared to be on duty, she informed us that it was actually past her shift and the night receptionist had not reported for his shift. She informed us that she would notify the manager, and the manager would reach out to us.||The manager never reached out. When we got back to the room on our last day, the sheets that were dirty, were still on the floor. even after we informed the staff that the room was in substandard condition, they still did not clean the room.||If I could give negative stars, I would, this place is a pit. ||You can definitely see the management does not care about this property. ||This is the worst Marriott property I have ever had the displeasure of visiting.

Just checked out today. The only good thing was the location. Online it said the room would sleep 5 but the room only had two queens and no couch, we had to go to Walmart and buy an air up mattress. We asked for house keeping to come each day but they never showed up. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles were all empty. AC did not work very well, only had two towels and beds were not comfortable. Was not worth the money.

This is the perfect hotel for a family with kids when you need a bit more room. The rooms were perfect for us with a bedroom with a door, a fold out couch bed for the kids, a table to eat at with a mini fridge and microwave, and a long counter with mirror outside the toilet and shower area. The location has lots of quick food and shopping and is close to activities you might want to do.

The customer service was absolutely amazing! Everyone at the front desk and in the little cafe were so nice and helpful to my whole family!! I’ve never been treated so great from hotel staff like this before. Kudos to the management here, you’ve got to be doing something right🙌🏼 Rooms are being renovated. The tvs are tiny lol and there is only one mirror. No major problems 👍🏼😊

Staff seemed limited but the lady working the front desk was always polite and helpful. Fitness center was pretty solid, lots of space. Not sure if I won lotto for what I would call ‘last sell room’, and this is primarily the reason for the 3-star rating, but they stuck me in room 127, a connector right next to guest laundry, told me that was only available King which I didn’t really believe in first place given my Bonvoy status. The shower was so narrow that I had to be careful moving around because I cracked my elbow several times either on the shower door handle or the shelf. I don’t believe this shower meets MI Brand Standards. I’m also fairly small, 5’8”, 165 lbs. Anyone larger would not be able to easily turn around. I also got to hear my neighbors having ‘relations’ through the door/wall for about 30 minutes when I was trying to fall asleep. Hotel just missed where it counted…

My bride and I enjoyed our stay immensely. It took a lot to coordinate a wedding and therefore didn’t get to spend as much time as we wanted to at Chateaux as we wanted but the evenings were filled with romance due to the ambiance of the house. Th
