Courtyard Cocoa Beach Cape Canaveral - Hotel in Cocoa Beach - 3435 N Atlantic Ave, USA

We had a lovely stay, and Kim made it especially great! She was super friendly and helped us with our unique travel needs. We were on an adventure during off-hours, but she worked with us to accommodate our sleep schedule, getting us housekeeping services hours after they normally come. We highly recommend staying here.

This was a nice, comfortable place to stay. It seemed very safe and the staff was friendly. There is beach access right behind the hotel (easy walking distance). They have a small restaurant on site as well as Starbucks. There is a hot tub, outdoor shower, and a nice pool area. I would be happy to stay here again. It did look as though they were going to update the interior finishing soon as there was a design board in the lobby.

Front desk and The Bistro were great. Kelly went out of her way to help with getting mobile check-in. Jen, bartender at the Cabana was very friendly and attentive (not overly...which we like). Water gets hot immediately. Only dislike was the mattress. Very lumpy, uneven and most uncomfortable. Very! Overall though, great location, great staff and a great hotel.

Hotel is nice. What made it amazing is the Front Desk employees especially the Associate name Kim. As a Titanium Elite, she made my stay very pleasant what ever I requested. I was very pleased with her. I look forward coming back to this hotel and giving my business.

This Marriott property is a good stay on it own merits. What makes it exceptional is the service and professionalism of Ms Kim at the front desk. Kim was attentive|To our needs, answered any questions we had regarding local dining and places of interest and hotel features. |I visit Cape Canaveral several times a year and this is my first stay at the Courtyard Cocoa Beach. I usually stay at the hotels near 528 in Cape Canaveral. For my future trips however, my first choice will be The Courtyard Cocoa Beach… because of the exceptional service provided by Ms. Kim. Thank you!!!!

We love staying at Courtyard. However, this location is in serious need of upgrades. The mattresses were completely worn out in our room. Also, the room had a wet carpet smell when we walked in. The source was wet carpet by the refrigerator. Other than these issues, it seems to be a good property. Since we were only there a couple of days, we didn't ask for a different room. I've also seen the other reviews stating the need for updating, and we saw the plans for their update displayed in the lobby.

After a long airplane flight and lost luggage, I finally arrived at the hotel.|The front desk agent( Kim) was pleasant and assured me that as soon as my luggage arrive the front desk would notify me. That was a relief to know that she was concern about my lost luggage dilemma. The room was very nice and I enjoyed the pool and beach. Thankfully my luggage arrived late that night and I was relief that I had cloths for my cruise.

Great beach hotel for a family stay. The pool is great and there is a pool-side bar. There’s a walking path from the hotel to the beach. Rooms were clean and nice and we had a balcony. Convenient location to the places you want to go in Cocoa Beach and nearby. Every time I go to Cocoa Beach, I stay here.
