Daria, Nadine and Shane are amazing!! They helped me so much and I’m extremely grateful for their kindness. There was a mixup on my reservation and they corrected all. This hotel is new and very clean. Highly Recommend!!

The beds were comfortable. We had to request non-feather pillows. You have to request housekeeping, even if you just want the trash emptied. I would eat all meals away from here. The SB in the lobby ran out of most foods by our first morning. Simple breakfast for 2 was $55. The lemon water in the lobby was empty both Friday and Saturday nights. It all seemed just older and a little beat up.

Great hotel, we stayed here for our high school boys to play in a baseball tournament nearby. Room rates were decent, rooms were very clean and service was excellent. Pros: - Starbucks in the lobby and they service hot breakfast - eggs, waffles, etc. plus all your SB favs - Plenty of seating and places to work in and around the lobby - Service at the front desk and at the Starbucks was great - Cute outdoor patio area to sit outside - Pool is open until 11 - convenience store for snacks located in the lobby - They set up a nice breakfast “room” with juice and treats for us since we had 10+ rooms booked -Lots of options for lunch/dinner nearby, close to the interstate - Management addresses any concerns immediately (nothing big to be concerned about but absolutely appreciated their great service) - Eli at the Starbucks in the morning is the NICEST human! It’s hard to have a bad day when he greets you in the mornings! Thank you, Eli! Cons: - Beds are pretty firm. We liked this but if it’s not your thing, it may be uncomfortable for you - No free breakfast (unless you book a block of rooms), so be aware you’ll need to buy this at Starbucks or leave the premises (Bob Evans and Denny’s are a 2 min drive)

The room smelled. Mattress not up to standard. No hair dryer in room. Marriott take your name down. Not worth the price. Front desk not very helpful. No dinner available. Not what we bought into. I do not want to keep writing. I have nothing good to say

This hotel is quite rundown, while the lobby area is more up to date, the rooms, hallways, stairs, workout room, are all way past their prime and need to be updated/remodeled. Today was the kicker, as I unfortunately have stayed here too often, but the elevator buttons are inoperable, so the staff, when they have time, have to run to the elevators and operate them in firefighter mode. Oh, and their Bistro is closed with no reason given. 🤦‍♂️

Have been coming here for a number of years visiting family. Great location and the staff are great. The cafe especially are wonderful. The gentleman behind the cafe is always so friendly. You can tell however it’s getting old and some of it could be updated. Our screen door was torn but otherwise room was good.

Disappointed to find out that the room does not get serviced throughout our stay. Beds not made, trash can not emptied, and had to exchange our own towels. Changes like this were done like this during covid but it appears that they adopted this to save money. Service isn't what it used to be!

Positive: Not much. Negative: The bed smelled like urine and kept me awake. The bathroom walls were splashed with soap and not particularly clean.
