Courtyard Cartersville - Hotel in Cartersville - 5460 GA-20, USA

Had a great experience at this location. I am a 100+ night a year Titanium Elite Bonvoy member and I wish I had more business in this area to stay here more often. When I came downstairs to get a water, I got into conversation with Jason at the front desk and told him that the hotel exceeded my expectations- clean rooms, nice layout, great location off the highway. He was so kind and proud of how the hotel reflected (it always says a lot when someone that is not the owner takes feedback personally). He gave me his direct line and said that is I needed anything to call and ask. Any time I have the chance, I will stay here again. Check out the cute historic downtown too for dinner.

The hotel was perfect! Jamie at the front desk was so professional. She supported our group so well and was a great representative of Marriott. ||The rooms were great. The only thing was a little more shelving if there’s more than one person staying in the room.

My family and I were in town for Berry College events . We stayed at this hotel and were so happy that we did. From the time we checked in until check out, April helped us with everything we needed. She gets five stars for customer service and attention to details. She helped make our stay enjoyable and memorable. We will definitely stay here again whenever we’re in town. Breakfast was the bomb too!

The beds were amazing, super comfy. The breakfast was a nice touch with so many options and included with our rate. Jamie was an excellent employee working the front desk that helped with every need we had on our trip. She was very personable and had great suggestions of things to do in the area.

The hotel was great. We were with a baseball team and it was perfect for what we needed. Jamie at the front desk was amazing and she helped us with everything we needed. Very super super impressed with everything. We totally stay again. Great job

Jamie was our first contact here as we booked our room…she’s very pleasant an accommodating for our needs. What a blessing it was to have such a good check in communication. After a long long tiring trip. Thank you hopefully we will be back.. I will highly suggest this establishment to family an friends.

We had a wonderful short stay at this Courtyard. Everything was clean and the beds were super comfy, but what really took our stay to the next level was Erin at the front desk. We arrived at the hotel at 2AM after a long drive and she was so sweet, friendly, and really made us feel welcomed. If I was back in the area I would definitely come back to this hotel just to see that lady again!
