Worth every penny. Staff was so helpful and amazing. I traveled by myself and I'm a very small female, the staff kept an eye on me when I smoked cigarettes late at night they made me feel safe. Room was clean and smelled great. I had dyed my hair 2 days before my stay and I forgot my dark towels. The staff gave me darker towels from the pool and said if they ended up with stains they wouldn't charge me. And they didn't. I highly recommend. 10⭐! Would definitely stay again. Please get the staff a raise they go above and beyond for the guests.

2.7 / 5 - Nice refreshed and clean common spaces and rooms, not so great staff. I was surprised a west county/chesterfield hotel didn't have great service. It was just a mess while we were there. We stayed twice in a week for a total of 4 nights and thy just seem out of sorts. No one understood what it meant to have Elite status or to choose a restaurant credit. It was never applied correctly and they never made you feel ok even bringing it up. The lady who checked us in was a mess and seemed like we woke her up. Another front desk guy comes across a little stoned. "The Bistro"...please stop using that term as it makes it sound like something special or where you might get food or drink with some love. The staff are young, not very tidy, and everything was served in take away and disposable. Bonus, for the money it makes it a joke. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable but there were strange things like no cups in the room or a pad & pencil, but most oddly the trash cans weren't lined but had the bags hanging on them (this happened on both occasions staying here). Ultimately it's a relatively cheap hotel but for the category in Chesterfield or the valley I would not stay here again. It didn't surprise me the employee of the month parking spot was empty the entire time we were there.

This is an old property with paper-thin walls. I currently can't fall asleep since the folks next door are watching a movie late at night and it feels like I'm lying down in a movie theater. The restaurant staff in the lobby are great and Krista at the front desk was awesome. Wish Marriott required sound insulation between rooms for their properties though.

If I could leave a zero review I would. I’ve been a rewards customer for years. I paid in advance for my room but the front desk staff refused to let me check in because my husband’s first name was on the account. Let me point out that I paid for the room with MY credit card, with MY name on it and had confirmation number and email to verify. They didn’t like that my address on my driver’s license was different (we had moved) and they simply and rudely turned me away from the room I had already paid for. I was traveling alone and had to secure other arrangements, thus paying for 2 rooms. I have asked for a refund but heard nothing from Marriott so far. I was refused when asked to speak with the manager. The staff claimed they were protecting customers from fraud but I can’t imagine treating a longtime customer any worse. To top it off, I was in town for a funeral. I will never stay at a Marriott property again. I have never been treated so badly anywhere. What is laughable is that I could have simply checked in on my mobile app when prompted and bypassed the front counter altogether. Please explain the logic behind such horrible service and literally taking my payment but not delivering the room that I paid for!!

This hotel is perfectly located in a retail and restaurant area that is easily accessible from I-64. We were welcomed warmly by Angela and "wined and dined" by Terrell, two of the wonderful staff members that we had the pleasure of meeting during our stay. Our room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We both slept well. A service issue was taken care of and handled beautifully by Joanne the next morning. We had breakfast in the cafe, mainly for convenience, but were served a very good breakfast and certainly didn't mind the extra cost. We complemented the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel to the manager, another Angela, and she was very appreciative. We look forward to staying at this Courtyard again in the near future.

We do a lot of traveling because my daughter wrestles and I can truly say that I have not had excellent customer service like this in a long time! Melissa from the front desk and two others at the Bistro fixed a situation and exceeded our expectations! I thought that customer service and being friendly was completely out the window but because of their actions, they have proved that it’s still around. Kudos to your staff and I hope that you can recognize those involved. Thank you so much! and be blessed!

I chose this hotel because of good reviews on TripAdvisor. And had I written this review after the first night, I would have given the hotel a much higher rating, although the beds are like marshmallows, with no support. But the second night we were there, we discovered ants in our room. A couple on the nightstand at first, then more and more crawling in the bed. I called the Front Desk to report this at around 12:30 am, and was told that they didn't have another room available for us. Since my husband was already sleeping, I said that it was OK to change the room the following morning.||||When we woke up that next morning, we discovered a lot of ants were across the room near the coffee maker, and also in the bathroom. We also found that the Wifi wasn't working. We were, however, moved to a room on another floor, and we were told that they were crediting us $40, which is roughly 26% of the room rate. We still paid tax on the full amount, though. So generous (not!)! ||||When we returned to the hotel that night for our final night, we were happy to see that we didn't have ants in the new room. The Wifi still didn't work, though.||||There are several hotels in Chesterfield Valley, including the new AC Hotel by Marriott. If I ever choose to stay in a Marriott in that area again, I will try that one. I certainly wouldn't return to the Courtyard.

Booked hotel online, liked the list of amenities. Arrived to location to find pool out of order. Also advertised a bistro/bar. Was also closed. No discount offered to the fact that there were no amenities.

Fantastic service and presentation. Cheesy Breadsticks are a 10/10. Pizza I had was NY style Pep/Banana Peps and was very good. Crust lacked some umph for me but a great pizza. 7.6/10 Cannolis were amazing. Fried perfectly, delicious ricotta filling
