Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Kirkland - Hotel in Kirkland - 11215 NE 124th St, USA

The staff is extremely friendly. I was acknowledged by every staff person I walked past or encountered. Front desk, maintenance, housekeeping and Bistro. That says a lot to me and goes a long way in customer service. The room was very clean and I inspected it thoroughly. It was very comfortable and I enjoyed my 4 night stay. The breakfast was stellar. I eat a lot at hotels, and this bistro was superior to most. My breakfast was very hot and fresh! A welcome change from most hotels, (they were busy and did apologize to me for the slight delay. I didn’t notice any delay in receiving my breakfast at any point.) This hotel is now considered a favorite and when I’m In Kirkland- you will find me here.

Stayed here for 4 night. Staff is ultra friendly and helpful. Always acknowledged whenever I was close by. Room was very comfortable and extremely clean. We did have breakfast and it was hot and fresh. This is our new favorite place to stay when in the Kirkland area.

This is a really poor hotel for what you pay, at least with cheap motels you know what to expect. Firstly, the pool was under construction the whole time (is was listed as open), you have to pay per night for parking on top of the $300+ you already pay for a room (you think for that price it’d be included?), the WiFi is “free” if you sign up to be a convoy member so we just ended up using a hotspot the entire time, the elevators are shaky and dirty, they up charge an insane amount for their basic cafe lobby breakfasts, and my husband and I were woken up every morning at 7am from the cleaners putting the tv on an insanely loud volume so we got to hear “welcome to Marriott bonvoy” FOR HOURS on a loop since the walls are PAPER thin. The ONLY thing this hotel is nice for is the location.

We stayed while helping our son relocate to the area for a new job. The hotel staff and service were great! The hotel is spotless and the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel offers a nice common area adjacent to the lobby with a small bar. They offer a light pub menu and also have a coffee shop and serve breakfast items. We didn’t use the fitness center, but it was vein used by other guests. Definitely recommend staying at this location.

Our soccer team booked rooms here and we were so happy. The pool was out of order so the boys were making up games around the hotel but they were so accommodating. Everyone was super friendly and never freaked out when a bunch of kids showed up in the lobby. We felt very welcome.

I want to call out the management and staff at this hotel. I have a mobility limitation and had some specific needs to ensure I could fully use the room. When I arrived, the manager of the hotel was super kind in ensuring that I could have the right accommodations to be comfortable in my ADA room. Much appreciated and would recommend!

Had a great stay at the Couryard by Marriott, largely because of the staff and their hospitality. Nupur was wonderful to speak with, and so helpful and courteous throughout the stay. I look forward to my next stay here at this hotel, top notch service and experience.

To start off with you have to pay for parking like your not already paying 300 a night and that doesn’t include parking for some reason like am i supposed to just walk everywhere with out my car. And this place didn’t have a pool they didn’t say there pool was down, the elevators are sketchy as hell, the food in the morning is super expensive I got a Red Bull and a muffin and it cost me 14 dollars, and the last night I was here I got woke up by our neighbors blasting the tv. It’s not sound proof what so ever. The room arrangement sucks. Like why is the tv facing away from the bed my wife and I just ending up waking our show from our computer cause it was so inconvenient. The list goes on but only recommended this place cause it was in a good location. And cheapest place around. Supposedly cause they are the cheapest but everything else they got here is expensive as hell.
