The staff is very friendly but the hotel smells like smoke and the rooms are extremely outdated and beat up. This hotel just feels sad and dark. Fine and clean if you need a cheap stop for a night but beware if you think you’re going to be at a nice Marriott property. This place is spooky. Nice big parking lot though.
I had a great experience while staying at Courtyard Marriot, PA, USA.
Room was ready & tidy and ventilated with elegant balcony. Staff was quite sincere and cooperative too. Fruits quality was too high and overall veg breakfast also was delicious.
Nevertheless, ambience was much impressive and too good to stay.
Location was an additional consideration for the first visit to USA, undoubtedly pollution free, beautiful & peaceful as well. Highly recommended for next stay at the same place and hotel, both👍
Stayed here in times past and enjoyed my sta so I was hoping for the same but was utterly shocked and dissatisfied. The toilet was covered with shaved hair, the shower flooded seemingly instantly soon as I turned the water on, the sheets were unclean, dirty counter, dirty wall, just a mess.| Maintenance was able to come and “fix” the shower but about time they came I was already dressed and out (on a time schedule.) Not to mention, though it did help some I was still showering in a puddle of water after the problem was “fixed.” And even afterwards, he tracked dirt from his shoes on the bathroom floor. Came back late that night and didn’t notice the blood stain on the sheets I slept on the night before. Requested they change the sheets and when I arrived later that evening/night I noticed the EXACT SAME SHEETS on the bed!! With the blood stain!!!| I was able to switch rooms but at my extreme inconvenience around 12-1 am without the hotel cart to put my luggage on. I’ve stayed at the location before and never did I experience this. I didn’t even get a brand new set of wash clothes and towels. Not 1 day!!! In the old dirty room nor when relocated. |As a Bonvoy member I was totally shocked and disappointed to say the least. This was the weekend of New Years so I imagined all hotels in the area to already be booked and I had business to tend to close by. If not I might’ve looked into the Hilton where I also stayed before and enjoyed the stay. |Waste of money. Whole stay should’ve been free
I always have a good experience when I stay here. It’s my go to when I bring my son back to college. One of the main reasons is it has a parking lot which is super convenient. It’s not in center city so just be aware of that…The rooms are nice and beds are very comfy…every now and and again I get a bathroom that is a little dated but otherwise, it’s a very comfortable place to stay. A call out to Kyra and Jacki at the cafe. They are super friendly… lots of smiles and great customer service while I was getting my morning coffee. Cheers to the team.
I was charged at a hotel I didn’t even stay at. They did not remove my card after when I passed over my reservation to my church sister. Then this hotel charged both me and my church sister cards for the same room. Double charging for a room.
Please see my review on their website. Hopefully they posted it and did not take it down.
Edit based from the reply: I still advise you to beware of this hotel. Especially since it’s still an ongoing issue involving our credit cards.
From the moment of my arrival we we were greeted most pleasantly by the front desk assistant Andre. She had the sweetest smile and demeanor. This was by far one of the best hotel check-ins that I've experienced. Andrea was very kind and patient during the check-in process and made sure to let me know that I could call her if I had any issues. This is my new go-to hotel when want to spend the night in Philly because of the service that she exhibited. I'm not sure if there is a reward system for outstanding customer service but if there is she should definitely be rewarded.
I was a guest with a brother of mine. I don't know how much he paid for his room. But I promise you, he paid too much for this room.
1st. I opted to use the let out bed because it was only one bed in the room. I called for linen for the let out bed. The service representative was quick and friendly. I got the linen and opened the let out bed. What did I see when I opened it? Rodent dropping and human hair inside on the mattress. Needless to say, I was disappointed.
2. I decided to share the bed with my brother. I used the blanket and the pillow the representative brought up. It smelled unclean. I'm not sure if it was the pillow or the pillow sheet that had the odor, but it was not right.
This hotel is not living up to its name. If you are management and you are reading this message, please be more thorough in your inspecting of cleanliness in your rooms. Thanks
We have stayed at several hotels in the area and this is the best one. Clean rooms, nice staff, convenient location. The guy who checked us in could see someone in our party was struggling and upgraded her room so she could be right next to us. That’s extra!

I booked a queen room with city view. Was upgraded to a king upon check in, great! Not great: the view was an apartment building. The bed was so hard and stiff that we woke up sore and not well rested. The room was so stifling hot that we had to use
