Courtyard by Marriott Omaha Downtown/Old Market Area - Hotel in Omaha - 101 S 10th St, USA

Amazing location, walkable to all the Old Market fun spots. Parking is plentiful and spacious lobby for gathering. The rooms were a nice size as well. Overall, one of the nicer courtyard properties I’ve stayed at. Areas for improvement would be the shades in the room have big gaps (not black out) & pillows on couches are yucky.

It was fine. Disappointed by the lack of continental breakfast, replaced instead by a half-hearted Starbucks with few options, guests are asked to simply go fend for themselves in the several (overpriced) surrounding tourist restaurants. Service was good, and room was clean at least.

Wonderful place! The rooms were clean and well kept. There were minor details that the room would have lived without but overall the place was wonderful! The hotel and location was great. Workers were very helpful and made my process easier. The guy I check in with about midnight when I came was so helpful and kind! I would stay again!

Great location. A plethora of restaurants in the area to choose from from. Front desk Corinne was delightful and professional. Perfect stay!

All of the staff was super helpful from checking in, to answering questions throughout our stay, and getting us to and from the airport. The only name I caught during my stay was our shuttle driver, Mark, who was super friendly during the quick trip to the airport. The location worked great for the stadium, as it was walking distance. It is also walking distance to the cute little shop/restaurant area in downtown.

The location is great. I didn't use much service but the room was pretty dusty and while there was coffee there was no creamer, even powdered and they just a cute little coffee system that creates and appalling amount of garbage. The attached photo is for 2 cups of coffee with no lid and using only one packet of the sugar options.

This hotel was a great experience! Perfect location for Old Market - Omaha. Friendly, professional staff. Super easy check in, very clean in both rooms, lobby and entry… everywhere. Great beds! We had a corner room and it was big. The only negative was the pillows. Pillows are a personal preference- others might think they are fine. Nice white towels, very large shower, Will definitely stay here next trip to Omaha.

We stayed twice in the last two weeks when driving through Omaha. Location is great, parking is easy and only $15, and the staff were very friendly.||||Check in was quick and efficient.||||Rooms are very large and perfectly equipped (for the price).||||The only complaint is that the beds are absolutely terrible. Soft and with a slope down to the middle and very "chiropracter friendly". (meaning if you have a bad back, it'll be worse after this)||||Bistro is OK because it has starbucks coffee and quick service but the food is nothing special.
