We just stayed here for 3 nights while in Hershey for business this month. Overall our stay was so sweet from start to end!||When we checked in, we got the warmest welcome from Alanis at the front desk. She assigned us three different rooms up on the 4th floor, and upgraded one of the rooms to a huge 2 queen suite.||We had rooms 408, 409, (the 2 queen suite) and 428. Overall the rooms were immaculate and the beds were comfortable, however definitely on the firmer side.||The staff here are incredible! Every single staff member I encountered was super sweet and went out of their way to accommodate us.||Joseph Blessing, the general manager of this hotel is an incredible leader and deserves a huge shoutout!! Joe, thank you for always taking such good care of us.||There is no other place that we stay in Hershey other than this hotel. The whole hotel is spotless, the rooms are immaculate, and the staff are incredible. We cannot wait to stay here again in April when HersheyPark reopens! We love this Courtyard!!

Overall a nice 4 night stay :). We booked a 2 room suite with the breakfast package (2 queen beds in one room and a living room/bar area with a pullout sleeper in the other).|When we arrived check-in was quick but we were told that they were no longer offering the breakfast buffet and instead breakfast would be covered from select options off the ala carte menu which we were fine with.||We had originally booked the extended suite with 2 queens and a pullout bed but after calling the hotel and asking about the differences in room types we decided to go with the 2 bedroom instead. The 2 bedroom suites face the back of the hotel while the extended suites face the front. Also the extended suite was closer to the elevator while the 2 bedroom suites are farther down the hallway and we wanted a quiet stay. ||We headed up to our room on the 3rd floor. Upon opening the door there was a musty smell combined with a strong air fresher scent. We couldn't pinpoint the smell coming from a specific place but overall it was bearable. The room was very spacious had the "normal" wear and tear common for hotels and the beds were clean and comfortable (including the pullout sofa for the teen in our traveling party). The housekeeping staff throughout our stay was wonderful giving us extra towels each day and tidying up the room.||Breakfast time was busy with lots of families and there was plenty of seating available. The breakfast package (which is no longer a buffet) included for the Adults one entrée and a beverage (including Starbucks coffee as a choice) and for the kids (12 & under) a kids sized portion of an entrée and either milk, juice or water. Most mornings we got the French toast which was delicious. The breakfast staff was amazing but they definitely needed more than 2 people to take orders and make the food. After the first morning we got there early (by 8am) to avoid the food order line which can get long at times.|The location of the hotel is perfect to all the attractions and we would recommend it. The area itself is pricey and this hotel had one of the higher price tags, but worth it for the extra space and convenience for us.||Overall we enjoyed our stay with only the room smell being a little off-putting.

I stayed here for two days with family. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was fine- clean and comfortable. I liked that there was a large lobby area to sit while I waited for my group. Hotel is a short car ride to the park and downtown.

We stayed there for a wedding at a different location. ||Parking: Lots of parking available and the spaces are big.||Room: The online description said our room had two queen beds, but they were double size, tiny for two adults. |Room and bathroom were clean. I'm very surprised this is described as a new hotel because the corners of the shower and bathroom were looking worn out. It was clean though. |There were only three bath towels in the room for four people.|The toilet paper roll was almost empty-yes there was another roll available, but we should start with a full roll. |There were not enough coffee cups in the room (only 1)|Towels were very thin. ||Lobby: Only water was available. There was a coffee machine, but it's operated with money. At $300/night, we should be able to get a complimentary hot cup of coffee anytime. ||We requested a late checkout of 1:00pm and were grateful that we could do that. However, the front desk didn't communicate this with the maid service because the maids knocked on our door at 11:10am saying we were supposed to be out.||The Bistro staff were amazing and accommodated our wedding party group well past closing time.|

Booked an overnight stay ahead of a fun day at Hershey park and was not disappointed. This hotel is centrally located and their staff go above and beyond to ensure you stay is enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and modern. They have a wide array of food options and also have a full bar. The indoor pool provides post park fun for the kiddos and there are plenty of tables inside and out for families who want to order takeout and eat together. Will definitely stay here again!

WORST rooms and services in a BEST location. The Front desk is absolute terrible .They need to go for customer service boot camp to understand the customer value. I have been travelling last 2 decades within US and overseas..Marriot was always my favourite but these type of bad apple makes me think to switch to other Brands.

To start off the front desk staff was not welcoming whatsoever. Almost felt bothered and/or overwhelmed as the only employee possibly there. Hallways were not vacuumed the evening we arrived or the day after and rooms were semi-cleaned. Sheets didn’t seem changed, bathroom was dirty. ||This was the best of it. As we attempted to get breakfast the next morning. The choices were limited and glass over food was extremely filthy. Then the service, again seemed like one person doing everything and extremely flustered. Took 45 minutes for eggs. Supposedly, they were “training” someone in the kitchen so she had to go back there as well. When my food came out, my child’s egg and cheese and a clump of long hairs in it. So, I we returns this immediately. As we cautiously tried to eat /share our other meal. My multigrain toast had MOLD on it !||I’m still waiting for a phone call and response if this stay. I travel and stay at Marriotts almost weekly! This was unacceptable, especially for needing to care with park attendees. We almost missed out timed park events as well as ruined our day with the food and health issues present at this location. ||I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAY HERE UNTIL MARRIOTT CORPORATE CORRECTS AND ADDRESSES ALL ISSUES AND CONCERNS!

Clean and convenient stay for our HersheyPark visit. The staff was helpful,|Professional and super nice. The Starbucks bistro, I sorry heated pool and little snack store was perfect for the kiddos. The front desk woman Andrea was so helpful and kind- she even found my husbands lost credit card in the room for us and called right away. It was a great stayHighly recommend!

I actually love this coaster and the best time to ride it is at night. It also doesn't usually have much of a wait, don't think I've ever waited longer than 10 minutes. If you have people to race and wave at in the other car then it's even more fun.
