Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Allen at the Event Center - Hotel in Allen - 210 E Stacy Rd, USA

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the last few months. The staff at the front desk is outstanding. Every person I have interacted with has been cordial, welcoming, accommodating...everything you would want when coming to stay at a hotel. In particular Joey has been very kind and our stays there have been made easier with his assistance. The location is great as there is plenty of shopping and dining within walking distance. The ambiance of the lobby is very appealing and the rooms are nice. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Allen.

I’m very disappointed with this hotel. They were too booked to clean rooms and the MOD this weekend made us wait till 5 pm before we could get a room. He wasn't very nice and insisted we could not have a late checkout. He was very flirty with a guest after us and did not engage with me at all. The hotel in general was dirty, especially the bistro and restrooms and there was paper on the floor by the bed. Today, after checking out he insisted on us providing a room number before selling us some water. Disgusting! We had purchased a 2 bedroom suite. We love the location but the weekend MOD needs some manners and they need a bigger cleaning crew!

I’ve come here a lot. I used to stay at the Ritz or The Adolphus Hotel in Uptown Dallas. I like staying here instead. It’s quiet, it’s next to fine restaurants and bars and you’re right off of highway 75. I also love the staff here. I know them all by name now. The hospitality is top notch and food here is amazing m.

Loved it here. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are immaculate and the staff is so warm, friendly and accommodating. Joey, made our stay worth while. He was so helpful from the moment I walked through the door. His attentiveness and service to the patrons and other staff as well is top tier. Courtyard by Marriott keep up the superb beauty of your facility and choosing great employees. You have a lifelong customer out of me. Thank you!!!!

I have stayed here twice now. The hotel is top notch. Rooms are clean, lobby is very welcoming and pristine, and the staff are incredible. A special thanks to Joey at the front desk for taking such good care of me and my whole team. We had 5+ rooms for a work conference and Joey was quick to make sure we were all accommodated. Thanks again and you have a loyal frequent traveler in me!

5 stars well earned. Professional staff throughout the hotel. Well trained and courteous during all interactions. Our room was very clean and despite being on the major road side, surprisingly quiet.||Located right next store to the Allen Event Center and a major outdoor shopping center plus a huge shopping center across the street. Did not try the bistro but it looked nice. $12.95 flat rate for breakfast and a small Starbucks. However, I went to Armor Coffee which is about 100 steps away to get the pastry and then went to Whole Foods across the street for other items.||Our room had a microwave and small refrigerator plus a very nice television with plenty of channel selections. Bed was a little hard, but we got used to it. Well appointed bathroom.||Parked on the North Parking lot for free. $12 a day fir parking onsite. Never could get it so the North Parking (maybe 75 steps) was fine. Well lit and safe.||Easy access to 75. ||Great stay.

We had a wonderfully smooth check in with Joey at the front desk after a long drive. He was very friendly and gave us an upgrade to an executive suite as gold elite members. The suite is very roomy and clean—perfect for working remotely if needed. We look forward to the hotel breakfast and the rest of our stay here.

This is my favorite hotel to stay at when I come to this area. The staff are wonderful, kind and generous. The hotel is extremely clean and has a nice bar and breakfast area. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. On my most recent visit, I had an issue with my credit card that I booked with being stolen while traveling and the concierge, Joey, helped me to rebook a new room using points, eliminating a lot of my stress about the situation. He was very kind and friendly, managing my concerns with care and compassion. Joey was also very reassuring; he could tell I was very worried about having a place to stay, and he promised to find a solution. He provided customer service that went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and I will stay here again.
