Courtyard Burlington Mt. Holly/Westampton - Hotel in Westampton - 30 Western Dr, USA

I stayed as a Marriott member at Courtyard by Marriott Burlington Mt. Holly/Westampton for 1 night. Josie checked my boyfriend and I in. When we walked in she greeted us and had the most amazing smile and energy . We felt very welcomed. She assisted to get us feather free accommodations. She showed an interest in our stay and offered specials at the Bistro. The most important part of our stay was unexpected. I shared with her that the day of our stay was challenging because I had lost my dad a year ago that day. Josie has a spirit that is magical and I’m forever grateful for her presence in that moment. The staff was exceptional even at check out. We loved the Bistro and the specials. The hotel was clean and located conveniently near stores but in the back where it was quiet to sleep soundly. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room smelled of marigold and orchids. The indoor pool and gym was nice as well. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay. When we come back to NJ, this is definitely a repeat hotel for us.

First off this review is long overdue (Was there in May & June 2024). My time at the Courtyard in Westampton was a pleasant one. My room was very nice (albeit a bit pricey, should have gotten the extended stay rate), food was good, and the staff was SUPER friendly, accommodating and helpful. Shout out to Tasleema who always had a smile on her face. Thanks for making my stay a pleasant one.

Chose this place headed northeast overnight for a brief stopover just to sleep. Picked it because of proximity to highway, reviews and low points cost. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk worker seemed as though he would have rather not been bothered as it was 1:00am. They had run out of free water on check in. Had to ask for extra set of towels as room set up for 3 (not 4) and had to ask for extra blanket....would have rather that than too hot though. We were thankful and did not take the disposition of the front dest worker personally.

Checking in was quick and painless. I felt welcomed by a professional receptionist. Plenty of parking that is close to the entrance. Lobby was nice looking, nothing fancy, had plenty of seating options. Furniture looked good. Rooms did not have a smell, that is my main concern usually, and was pleasantly clean. Bed was comfortable. Towels were above average and acceptable. Had a coffee machine in room with coffee for four cups, two of which decaffeinated. I did not like breakfast arrangements. I had to pay $25 for a bagel and a scrambled eggs. Eggs were made of powdered material or it looked like it. Probably frozen and heated. Checkout was good.

The hotel is average, but when I went to check in, they said they had not been paid by the travel app that I used. Even though I showed them a fully paid receipt, they said I had to call the app and fix it myself. When I finally got to my room, it was nearly 80°, even though it was a cool April evening. Certainly not up to expectations, I will avoid in the future.

Positive: Night girl at front desk very nice and helpful . Negative: Could have been cleaner. Dis not even clean room until we asked after 2 night .

This place was fantastic! I stayed here last night with my mom, my aunt, and my grandma. We actually originally checked into the Holiday Inn Express next door but had to immediately check out because of how bad it was. Courtyard Marriott was so much better. It was prettier, clean, and smelled better. Highly recommend this place!

I had to check out one day early, but they still charged me for the night I did not spend there. This seems to be a Marriott International policy. I’ve done business with Marriott since the 1980s, including stays at the Marquis in NYC and at the Marriott in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Looks like I need to find another hotel. Too bad. The people who work there are great, but this policy really leaves a bad taste.
