Courtyard Boulder Broomfield - Hotel in Louisville - 948 W Dillon Rd, USA

Stayed here over a weekend. It is all one expects from a Marriott Courtyard. Clean, comfortable room. Good shower. Quiet. Actually, it was very quiet. Not luxurious but not at all cheap. Courteous, attentive staff. Fine, no -- very good, Boulder County location. If I come this way again, I'll probably stay here.

What I liked:|* Great location with restaurants within walking distance.|* Quiet|* Easy Parking |* Fast check-in and check-out. |* Professional and courteous staff|* Excellent housekeeping with room well cleaned and prepared upon arrival|* Cozy and spacious||The only thing I would like it to be done differently is increase the hot water temperature a bit more. It was not hot enough. |Poor soundproof is very common in almost all hotels in North America and Europe. |But thoughtful neighbors and the hotel did a good job keeping the noise level down and managed effectively and thoughtfully, which I I appreciated. ||This is a decent hotel with reasonable price point.

Positive: Clean, nice pillows, had internet and fridge. Helped and nice staff. Bar was good. Negative: Wanted a smart tv w apps. Room decor didn?t provide enough surfaces to put things on for two people.

Our recent stay at the Courtyard by Marriott® Boulder Louisville was an experience we will not long forget. After having a long travel back from the mountains we arrived late, only to have a rainstorm blow in causing our minds to leave our car interior light on overnight, leaving our car battery dead by 8am in the morning. We asked the front desk manager (Dave) if he was able to help, to which he responded, "I'd be happy to assist and can provide my personal set of cables!" We were fortunate enough to also have a family leaving who was able to jumpstart our car. We were up and running in no time and the level of customer service from the hotel was second to none -- assuring we were on the road and had all we needed. I could not be more impressed with the service of this Courtyard and will definitely be staying here again the next time we are through the Broomfield area and needing a place to stay. The Bistro coffee was fresh and delightful as well! 5 out of 5 would recommend!

Leaving this courtyard feeling disappointed. I was over charged $390 for my stay. I was understanding about it at first. When I went to checkout, the front desk help was dismissive and rude when I asked for a receipt for my stay and for assurance the OVER CHARGE would be returned to me. Not sure why the attitude was given to me about THE PROPERTY’S mistake. Luckily the manager tried to make things right. Other than that, the stay was ok.

Don't bother staying here. There are many places with better options for a lot less. Disappointing in nearly every way. Lots of promised ammentities, yet almost none available or working. We booked a room for 4 adults, and made it very clear at booking, yet got a king bed and a pullout couch. Asked front desk for two queens, and she could care less, even though the place was at best 20% full. It would have been simple to give us a more accommodating room, (we did pay for it, after all) but she didn't care. Outdoor fire pit doesn't work, and the outdoor furniture has wasps nests underneath. This makes the outdoor sitting area pretty much unusuable, as the wasps present a danger of bee sting. I mentioned both the wasp problem and the fire pit problem to front desk, and again, they did not care, saying, "I'll tell maintenance tomorrow". Sure... They'll come in special on Sunday to kill bees and fix the gas leak on the fire pit. BTW... You can smell the gas from the outdoor fire pit. It just does not light. That has to be a code violation everywhere.... This place was highly disappointing, and the front desk really doesn't care. Wish I had booked someplace else for our last night. WAY oversold for the price and what is delivered.

The service was excellent, but the room was disappointing. The beds were lumpy, the pillows would not hold shape, and the bathroom was terrible. The tub finish was chipping. The toilet was child size and difficult to use for adults. Do not recommend...

We recently had a great stay at Courtyard by Marriott. We had family in three rooms, and we have not one complaint about our stay! The rooms, location, and staff were wonderful! One great staff member in particular is why I am writing this review- Tami. I am a new Grandparent, and I wanted to help my family by locating my granddaughter’s lost stuffed animal, Georgie. Georgie is a second generation friend of the family and Tami knew the importance of the search that ensued. When she called me back to tell that Georgie had been located we were overjoyed. Then Tami organized a pickup for me the next day to save me a return trip and an hour drive to pick Georgie up! I know I made Tami late today, please forgive her tardiness as she made a new mom and a new baby very happy with her and her teams efforts! Thank you so much!
