Excellent staff and management. This team has clearly been empowered to make each guest's experience comfortable and positive. As with most hotel stays, there is potential for issues. There was a staffing issue at breakfast, but the team made sure I had a bagel to start my day. They were essentially booked out when I needed to stay a second night. The hotel manager located a room for me and arranged the move of my luggage and hanging garments to make it a seamless stay. I am very impressed with this property and will certainly return.

Hotel Manager and Staff went above and beyond to make sure our son's wedding weekend was a success! Many of our friends and relatives stayed in the hotel. Everyone commented on what a great place it was to stay. We used the private room for one of our group's events. It was perfect! The hotel is very clean, comfortable rooms, nice food and drink options and great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel is also a short walk to the train station Route 128.

I absolutely loved this hotel. My husband had called to see if it would be possible to check in early and they were able to accommodate us with checking in early. The rooms were OUTSTANDING and I wish that I could remember the young woman who checked us in, because she was AMAZING. When I heard her say thank you using my LAST name, I was having a wowwww moment. She was SUPER SWEET and SUPER RESPECTFUL.. I definitely WILL recommend this place as well.

This hotel was clean and spacious. The staff was great and few of them really stood out. Ida, shea, and cassandra from the Bistro were friendly, efficient, and engaging. Very pleasant. Ashley was amazing and took care of allow our needs. A++

It was a family trip. The hotel was 30 minutes away from Boston, friendly staff, facility, located near I95. The room was spacious, clean, the sheets, beds and the pull out couch was nice. There were 2 TVs in each room. The swimming pool was not as shown in the pictures but was ok for kids. Almost $20 for 2 beers. I would stay there again.

Easy 2 stars. The room was beautiful the location is perfect but it’s the same employees time and time again and they don’t do a very good job. The last 3 times here I checked in hoping to use the pool and the last 3 times here the pool was closed with no notification beforehand and one of them even told me over the phone “pool is open until 11, don’t worry” just to arrive and see it was closed. The service is probably better at the budget inn down the street honestly.

Courtyard Boston Dedham/Westwood is a recently built 4 story hotel near the Westwood Amtrak station. Plenty of parking, and next to Outpatient MGH medical offices, small park, restaurants, and shopping. Fairly quiet, comfortable room with very good king bed and blackout curtain. Modern international style bath & shower. Many charging stations, nice TV. Hotel amenities include bistro coffee bar for good cooked breakfast and limited daytime snacks & drinks. Also small snack & essentials sales by front desk. Nice, perfect condition indoor pool, and capable gym (see photos). Laundry, travel computer & printer. Outside patio with firepit off lobby. We had a very comfortable stay, excellent rest, and surprisingly good breakfast. Recommended: Would definitely stay here again.

New, clean with good service but….if you’re a light sleeper then you don’t want a room at the end with the higher numbers. All night you can hear the trains at the conveniently located train station. Given the train has been here much longer than the hotel, they should have built this building with the comfort of their guests in mind. The mattress in room 439 is a bit lumpy. The bathroom is laid out nicely and they leave enough towels. Courtyard doesn’t ever give complimentary breakfast. You’re lucky if you got it. Room service is still on alternating days. Time for this practice to end.
