Courtyard Boston Billerica/Bedford - Hotel in Billerica - 270 Concord Rd, USA

The rooms are very big and clean. The location is perfect. Also, the staff is awesome too. The reason i am giving 3 stars is because of the having no security cameras in the vicinity. My car was hit by this truck driver who was parked horizontally. I didn’t see it, but i knew it. I had the license plate and i was thinking if there are any cameras in the rear of hotel , i.e, parking lot. But i was really surprised that there is none, they only have cameras inside the building.

Hôtel qui est dans une zone d'édifices à bureaux, qui sont vides en soirée et les weekends. Il n'y a rien autour, tout à fait isolé mais près de l'autoroute.||Grande chambre propre et confortable, lit king confortable et oreillers confortables.||Le bruit de l'autoroute est perceptible mais pas nuisible. Peu de bruit provenant des autres chambres ou du passage.||Mini-frigo mais le seul micro-ondes était dans le lobby. Snack hors prix à vendre sur place.||J'ai souper au bistro avec une salade de quinoa. Délicieux. J'ai pris le pain doré pour déjeuner. Affreux. La croûte était difficile à couper. Le tout semblait avoir été réchauffé et non cuit le matin même. Pour le prix, c'est assez décevant.||Le personnel était agréable et avenant. ||Aucun espace extérieur pour profiter du beau temps. Dommage.

Me and my group of friends visited this location a day ago, and on some last minute plans hoping they would have a room and help us out. Jared at the front desk was great, very kind and understanding and helping us figure out what room would be best for our group size. He also gave us recommendations on good fishing spots since we wanted to fish the next day! Great service even talking to us in the lobby at night to make sure everything was good with the rooms and if we needed anything! Room was clean and was very nice, big TV, 2 beds and a nice bathroom. Definitely recommend this location if you are in the area. Thank you to jared as well for the great service to us.

We arrived late only to be welcomed by the host at the reception desk with a smile. He helped guide us through our reservation with ease and from start to finish, in less than 5 minutes we had our keys to our room. We were grateful that his white glove customer service attitude made the trip that much better especially after a long ride. We would recommend this place to anyone passing by, locals or business folks in need of a good rest.

This place is a great find! The rooms are very clean and tidy (either newly built or well renovated). The hotel was full and the staff was so busy trying their best to accommodate all requests. If your only requirement is a nice clean and quiet place to stay with good amenities, this place is highly recommended!

Super clean rooms. We where given a room facing the back of the building on the 2nd floor which was left to be desired, location wise. The buildings air condition units was our view and the constant hum was a bit loud. The service was good. The staff was friendly. The service at the little bistro was not the fastest. We did not really enjoy the breakfast. The actual location is fine, a bit out of the way, but right off the highways. The price was right. We would stay again.

I would give this hotel 5 stars, except there was zero housekeeping during our stay. I don’t know why hotels don’t do this anymore. They’re trying to save a buck but they’re killing their guest experience. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and the hotel was newish and clean.

Well appointed rooms, spacious, big modern bathrooms with walk in showers, dual glass doors and full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Flat screen on wall needed a 10 page booklet to operate though. Starbucks in lobby. Room was extremely affordable.
