I stayed here last weekend, everything was excellent, the service, the room was very clean, I liked the sliding door to get fresh air. Beds were very comfortable, very quiet, which is a big thing to me , a lot of hotels are very noisy at night and early morning. They had no problem letting me have a late check out , I would definitely recommend this hotel . The only issue I had was on their website it says they have an indoor pool, which is one of the biggest reasons I picked this hotel . When I got there I was told they didn't have an indoor pool which was very upsetting to me . That would be the only reason why I would probably not return . Someone should check the website and fix that there is no indoor pool, only because a lot of people look for an amenity like that when looking for a place to stay . One more issue was the pillows , they are way to soft and flat , should definitely invest in new pillows! Otherwise everything was perfect! Excellent job ! 😊
The hotel was perfect. The room was clean, the staff were very nice. The gym was new and clean as well. We were upgraded to the 2-room suite with 2 double beds. The shower design was very intelligent, having a door that fully closed instead of a gross curtain. Netflix was available in the room and the AC was perfect. The beds were plenty comfortable and we felt very valued as status holders. The breakfast was delicious and featured many options. As a platinum elite ambassador with Marriott Bonvoy I have stayed in numerous hotels - and for this one night trip in Andover I was pleasantly surprised!
My room at this particular Courtyard was actually very nice. The room was very clean and cleaned daily, I might add. The bed was very comfortable. However, the same issue I had with the other courtyard were the pillows they really need to invest in firmer pillows. There was a young lady who checked me in she had an interesting first name beginning with an "I" she was extremely polite and professional. She was the perfect representative to deal with after being in traffic for hours to check in your hotel. Her attitude was amazing. My only issue about the room would be the courtyard hangout area. So my room faced the courtyard area. My balcony and bedroom window. Every night, we returned to our room. There were the same people sitting at the fire pit located right by my room. They were out there all night drinking, having them a good ole loud time. It's literally right outside my bedroom window 😒 That's the only issue I had with this marriot. Everything else was great.
The service is what stands out. Brian at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean. I'd prefer a walk in shower over a bath shower, but it was in good condition. There is no pool which was disappointing for the kids, but that's my fault for not checking in advance. It's located in a business park, so don't expect to get out and walk anywhere, but it's not too far of the highway so convenient in that sense.
Stayed here for 5 nights, room is clean and spacious. The folks working here, are friendly and approachable. Although the stay doesn’t come with the usual buffet breakfast, there is a Starbucks at the lobby area. I kinda prefer this arrangement, since you can order and try different types of breakfast each day (they do have a decent selection) instead of the same sausages, scrambled eggs and pancakes 7 days straight. The lobby area is cozy and has got a rather chill vibe. Will definitely stay here again in my next business trip in Andover.
Great hotel for a night's stay. Rooms are in great condition and very clean. There was an issue with my air conditioner, but the staff quickly fixed it. Plenty of parking around the building and convenient highway access. I would stay here again.
We booked this last minute when a show we were catching in Boston was suddenly rescheduled, and our downtown hotel didn’t have availability for the new night. Reservation on line was super easy, stopped to check in on our way to the show (desk clerk was amazing), and the room was incredibly comfortable and clean. The best part…for less than a half hour drive the hotel was less than half the price of our downtown hotel. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we were only there long enough to sleep and shower (we had over an hour drive home to get to work the next day), and so I can’t really speak for how a longer stay might have gone…though I’m sure it would have been fine. So, drive a little extra and save a ton, good place to stay for business or pleasure in the Boston area.
It gets worse every time I visit for work. Considering other hotels in the future. In generell the hotel was renewed some time ago, at least how it appears to me. This time I had a really smelly room…old cigarette smell, probably because guests smoked on the balcony. Upon request I was “allowed” to change rooms, staff was not amused. In general staff is friendly and nice, maybe a bad day this time.
We held a private event here and had a wonderful experience. Linda was helpful and flexible in the planning at every step. The private room was beautiful and the food was fantastic.

Had an amazing experience here. We walked in on a Sunday afternoon at around 12 noon, and it was all packed, but the staff greeted us warmly and seated us at a tiny table. Soon after some patrons left, they offered to move us to a bigger table by the
