The sweet lady at the front desk who checked me in was so helpful and kind. (I am so disappointed that I forgot her name) The lobby was spacious, clean, and inviting. The room was clean, had nice (up to date) furnishings, and very comfortable. There were plenty of outlets and places to charge. Microwave and mini fridge…bed/bedding comfortable….Room and bathroom lighting, unlike many hotels, was plentiful. ||Many restaurants and shopping opportunities in the area. It was only about 10 minutes to get to the beach/casino/restaurants areas in Biloxi. We will definitely be back!!

We stayed here for a family funeral in the area. After a check in snafu, the service was good. Following our checkin issue, one of the block of rooms in our reservation was ridiculously hot but they moved us upon request. The beds were soft. No breakfast offered with the room. The lobby was well appointed with plenty of room to gather. There was a small indoor pool that the littles enjoyed. It was a decent stay.

A little tricky to get here from the highway. Wife had to navigate for me. ||Smart TV in the room, which was nice so we could watch Netflix. ||Overall a Nice hotel. Affordable. Clean. Quiet. Convenient IHOP next door (although the service there was not the greatest).

Absolutely outstanding staff! 👏 We stayed here on our way to and from NC. The property is beautiful. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. They have a cute little bistro in the lobby and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend 👌

Amazing experience! I stayed on May 5th and departed on the 6th. I had an amazing time at this hotel. Bed was soft, room was cold, pool was nice and the hot tub was AMAZING. Everyone at the front desk was amazing. Check-In staff was nice! Late night staff was amazing! And the Check-Out staff was super helpful! The room was super clean and smelt wonderful! Didn't get a chance to try the restaurant, but I will be back and I can't wait to try it! 10/10!! Will be recommending this place!

Stayed here on my way to Fl and 💥 it was a great move. Rooms was spacious, windows have good double curtains. Able to sleep through the night to keep on my travels next day. Checked in almost at midnight and the service was fast and friendly. This will be my go to Hotel everytime Im on the road going or coming to Tx. Not the midpoint location, but worth it for sure.

Courtyard Biloxi North/D ’Iberville Mar 29th, 2024, Easter Weekend| |I have a bad foot and cannot walk without pain. When I called to request a first-floor room on Friday, March 29th after a 4-hr. drive- Crystal Harrison checked me in and insisted I use a cart for my luggage. She proceeded to get the luggage cart and assisted in helping me load it up. ||After checking I had checked in, I proceeded to get ice sometime after 5 and once again Crystal noticed me struggling. She insisted that I let her get the ice for me. Her kindness is just another example of the Courtyards employees going above and beyond for this customer. ||Late Friday night I called the front desk to see if I could get some cough medicine. Once again, the front desk brought the medicine to my room. ||Ashley Sykes, Mary Wick and Crystal Harrison helped me so much in my short 36 hr. stay. - As Always y’all have the friendliest greeters no matter how many people are waiting in line. Also, they provide timely and helpful advice regarding local restaurants, things to do, etc.||Please know I cannot remember everybody’s name, but I can assure you that there is not one person on your staff that has not been Outstanding, Friendly, or Courteous. I feel like family at the Courtyard and always put it in the top of my hotels stays.||Thank you, |Scott Thompson

Overall a very nice facility. Clean comfortable rooms. Fairly easy access off the interstate. Customer service was very good. Breakfast on site is pay as you go, not included in the stay which was a little disappointing compared to other Mariott stays. I did not read this part when I booked. Other than that, was a very good stay.
