Courtyard Bentonville Rogers Promenade - Hotel in Rogers - 4201 W Green Acres Rd, USA

Absolutely loved this hotel! PROS - Beautiful Rooms - Huge Shower - Nice Gym - Lovely Pool that is fenced in, so you have privacy - A lot of outside seating - One of the fastest internet speeds for a hotel, absolutely perfect if you are a gamer! -Location is great, walking distance to a ton of shops & coffee places! CONS - No complementary breakfast - Only 1 washer & dryer Loved this hotel, looking forward to staying here in the future

The front desk staff last night was AMAZING! However I can not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a higher end or luxury leaning stay. It is not clean. In the 1st room I received the sheets had not been changed - hair in the bed. In the 2nd room I received the sheets had not been changed - multiple hairs throughout the bed. Unfortunately, there was no housekeeping until the next morning. I was told my only option was to down grade which I was fine with. My 3rd room turned out to be a suite. While I appreciate the gesture I received the room around 11pm & departed 8:30am, it wasn’t something I could “enjoy.” I did request a partial refund but was denied due to the “free upgrade.” Again, fine. At the nightly rate clean rooms shouldn’t be an issue.The rooms themselves are not high end but they do have modern furniture. For comparison I’ve stayed in La Quinta’s nicer. I was surprised by the cosmetics flaws such as, holes in walls from old fixtures, scuffs along the walls, rushed build and room details. I believe what makes this hotel “higher end” is it’s dining and bar feature.

Comfortable, clean space that's well-maintained. Room has PLENTY of USB and plugs. Staff were very accomodating in extending my stay during a busy weekend. The neighborhood is quiet and there's a well-stocked gas station/market at the corner.

Perfect stay. Comfortable beds, spacious room, very quiet and reliable AC, quiet location, spotless room. It was built around 2020 I’m guessing. Great layout of the building, excellent fitness center. The ‘free breakfast’ people could go elsewhere. I was delighted with my stay. Would love to return.

We loved our stay here! We were in town for a wedding at Osage House and it was less than 15 minutes to the venue. The hotel itself is located next to a lot of restaurants, stores, and there is a delicious coffee shop across the street. The staff were really friendly, the check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was really nice!

Perfect stay. Comfortable beds, spacious room, so quiet! Great location. The hotel is in excellent condition. The AC unit ran quietly and I was undisturbed all night with my sound machine. Excellent fitness center. Would love to return.

Check in was easy. The front desk clerk was personable. He was easy to talk to and was very friendly. The hotel was clean and the rooms were modern and very nice. The shower was huge and was nice. I would stay here again for sure. It is kinda set off away from main road so not a lot of noise.
