Courtyard Atlanta Buford Mall of Georgia - Hotel in Buford - 1405 Mall of Georgia Blvd, USA

They only have housekeeping every other day so if you stay a weekend you are pretty much guaranteed no service. You can request towels of course.||Otherwise very pleasant - staff nice enough and good to have a coffee bar (even if it is Starbucks my least favorite). Good parking. Room perhaps nearly ready for a renovation but not too bad. ||This is my second stay due to convenience to see family but I may choose a different spot next time due to housekeeping.

A little bit of a dated hotel. We stopped in on our way back from Florida. Dated furniture and some of the fixtures in the bathroom were in need of repair. The room was clean but the mattresses and pillow lacked comfort, the were soft without much support. I found it odd that the beds had three pillows each, we each needed an extra and were short. It was fine for a single night stay passing through but not somewhere I would want to stay for an extended period of time.

The BEST hotel in the area. My clients loved the bar and the rooms are always clean. Front desk is great. Holly Richard, the DOS, makes booking groups and corporate business a breeze :)|5 stars! Definitely would recommend this property if you are in the area.

The parking lot is big enough to handle the cars of its guest. The girl at the counter was helpful, pleasant and welcoming. The room is out dated. The bed was terrible it clearly has outlived its usefulness. We stayed in room 418. If you get that room ask for another. The A/C worked very well. But there was no microwave, the drawers were off track and the furniture was old. Very disappointing for Marriott.

The Courtyard Marriott is always one of my first choices for hotels due to it's comfortability and great customer service. However, the last two times I've stayed at this location were not up to par for what I'm used to. The room was nice and clean. However, after taking a shower and sitting on the bed, I noticed a mildew-like odor. I originally thought it was me and perhaps I didn't dry my clothing fully. But I soon realized that it was the top sheet on the bed that had that smell. I didn't think too much of it and just removed it from the bed and got new sheets the following morning. My last night there is when things got interesting. I got into the shower for the night and slipped and fell. I thankfully didn't really hurt myself and typically would have chocked it up to my soap being too slippery. But this was the second time I had fallen in the shower at this location. The first time happened about 2 months ago and that time I actually fell out of the shower! I feel as though the floor of the tub is too slick and potentially needs to be redone. I know that some hotels offer bath mats, but the tub shouldn't be so slick for this to happen twice. Other than that, I had a decent stay. But now I'm leary about staying at this particular location; considering that the two times I've stayed here I've slipped and fallen in the shower.

I'm a big Marriott fan and lifetime Platinum rewards member. This property is in a great location (shopping, restaurants, entertainment, greenway for walks) but is in serious need of attention. Carpets need a good steam cleaning and wallpaper is peeling. One of the two elevators was broken and the one that was working made noises that echoed through the room every time it stopped at any floor. We were three rooms away from the it and it was still loud, especially in the still of the night and early morning. Furniture was wobbly. Lobby food was pricey but good. Staff was good but I had to repeatedly go to the front desk for pool area towels (which are too small and very rough). Housekeeping, every other day, did great with what they had to work with. Last complaint: American flag flying out front had torn and was disrespectfully hanging from one grommet. This was my third time staying here for a week and the difference this time was notable. I'll be looking elsewhere in the future.

The hotel was very convenient. and its “tucked way” location is great as you feel as though you are away from all the hustle and bustle of the mall and highway. |The grounds and common areas were well kept! ||The staff was great and able to accommodate our request for “this and that”||The rooms were really clean no concerns there. However lighting is poor, tv is not the Marriott smart tv and finding channels is not straight forward. ||The Bistro, like most courtyards Ive been too is understaffed, especially in evenings! 3 of us ordered meals and we were told “I am the only one here so it will be a while.” It was 8 and rather than try to find another place to eat, we waited it out at the Bistro |Also, disappointing was only one elevator was working (I was told it has not been working for some time. ||My rating for this hotel is 4.5 and I rounded up. (The room was clean and staff excellent)

Very nice hotel ! Very clean & staff super nice ! |Lil bistro in the lobby & it was very nice as well ~ |Also had Starbucks!! Nice Inside pool area & jacuzzi . Very clean as well . Hotel smelled really good & inviting when u walked in . |Thank You to all the staff our stay was great.
