I’d had such a great stay at the Courtyard two years ago that I didn’t even look anywhere else while booking this year’s visit. Besides being located in the prettiest part of the city, this hotel gets extra points for its amazing staff. Their names should be included under the definition of hospitality (Reya from the front desk). The concierge staff was very helpful giving us ideas which new places to visit (since we’re somewhat familiar with Asheville). I remembered from the previous visit that I really enjoyed the food there. And yes, it was just as good as I remembered if not better (great breakfast menu). Baristas Sindy and Veraly were also very impressive with their cocktail making skills. |Thank you for taking such a great care of us.
We had great experience at this Courtyard -very clean, spacious nice room ambience, desk, chairs, desk lamp, light shades, wall decor, mirror in closet door, big bathroom vanity, stylish fixtures. Pleasant well mannered front desk people. Impressive contemporary furnished lobby. Bistro has good breakfast choices to start the day. Has outdoor seating with fire pit. From our years of traveling & staying with Marriott group, I give this Courtyard top rank. Will stay again when we visit Asheville next time.
This is an EXCELLENT hotel. Very clean, great amenities, nice bar, awesome outside covered patio with a fireplace. So close to all the great things about Biltmore. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful, they all go the extra mile!
Our whole experience was wonderful. The staff at registration was so helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations, and room reassignment. Food at the Bistro was the perfect breakfast with selections from a muffin and coffee to more hearty fare. The rooms and amenities were great, as at most Marriott Hotels. Will definitely return the next time I'm in the area.
Loved this hotel. Stayed 1 night 3rd week of August. Meticulously clean, bright, well maintained, pleasant contacts with staff. Room was great and spacious and well laid out. I wish I'd had time for a 2nd night here. I'll def recommend this property and I'll be back b/c I live in the general area.
This is a newer hotel and everything was great from the moment we stepped in the door! Chelsea, at the front desk, checked us in and was super friendly & efficient! The wings & drinks at the hotel bar/restaurant were all great! The common areas and the hotel room were very clean & smelled fresh! We’ll definitely stay here again whenever we visit Asheville!
Very clean modern hotel with great staff..Breakfast is not included in your stay however they can provide you with food and/or Starbucks for a fee.. Great location however by a busy road. View not so great but I wouldn't deter that from staying again. I prefer a soft mattress so found the King Size bed with extra pillows comfortable. Stayed 2 nights and had a good stay!
The property was clean and neat. Staff were helpful. Nice location within the Biltmore Village area. A potential future bathroom improvement would be to include a hand shower and a wider shower enclosure. convenient parking. Everything was in good working order in the comfortable guestroom.
