Stayed here while in town, nice quiet updated hotel. Check-in was a breeze, staff is friendly and welcoming. Large lobby, has mini store, bar area with eats, outdoor pool and rooms are spacious. Comfy beds, hot shower with plenty of pressure, room has mini fridge and microwave and the AC was cold. A great stay and would recommend.
Just want to shout to the gentleman at the front desk. We had a funeral to go to in town and he helped us out with all of our request. I have been a Marriott member for years and his level of service and attitude are up there with 5 star hotels.
Had to make an emergency stop in Ardmore, OK while on our way back to Texas. We always stay at the Marriott whenever we travel. Courtyard by Marriott Ardmore was the best small town hotel experience. The front desk lady was courteous and kind. Room was beautiful and clean. The hotel itself is nice. Very impressed. Thank you to all the hard-working hotel staff that make their guest experience great.
Warm and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, property is well maintained. Great location close to the highway and 5 minutes from Walmart and shopping.|No breakfast included and the room does not supply body lotion. I was able to get a few tubes from the front desk.
Great hotel...Super nice staff, comfy bed. We only stayed 1 night but it was nice and quiet and the room was clean.... my cousin got a drink from the bar and said it was over-priced for a margarita... kinda glad I passed on that!
My stay here was fine until I got home and noticed I left an outfit in my closet. Called back and got the runaround. My friend also left an expensive item behind as well and nobody has seen anything. Go figure. Never received a follow up from corporate either. If you leave something behind that is name brand, don't expect to get it back. Something shady is going on with housekeeping and management.
We were in town for Shaw’s Truck National this weekend from Houston TX. My husband travels frequently with work using all of the large chains. He is a titanium member and has stayed 74 nights just this year on Marriott. We used points to book our stay. We are very used to things not being perfect. We do not expect that at all.
We arrived Friday evening & went to take showers after being at the track all day. They’re were long hairs and the short kind too all over the bathroom. Shower, tub, floor & toilet. The hair dryer had hair stuck in it too. The toilet had poop splatter on the toilet. Not great. We headed out to dinner & quietly spoke with a team member down stairs. They said they would get us a full clean in the morning as no cleaners were there. Understandably.
We got back from dinner and headed to bed….booger on the pillow which was stuck to the sheets. I went to get the extra linens from the closet to exchange the sheets and it was full of black hairs. Like I could see them as soon as you looked at it. So, the 4 of us squeezed into 1 bed.
I told the staff the next morning on my way out at 10 am. Again still calm, sweet. I again asked for a full clean, 2 times in 24 hrs. We returned from the track at 9pm last night and THEY STILL HAD NOT SERVICED OUR ROOM! They didn’t even come in to make beds or exchange towels. Nothing! I called down stairs & she said “oh I can get you a full clean tomorrow but there’s know one here now.”
Obviously! I asked for a room change. I wasn’t going to sleep two nights in a dirty room.
Today we left at 8 am and requested the room to be cleaned on our way out, we were leaving the track around 1 and wanted to shower and head back home. We booked an extra night just to be able to take a shower. It’s 2:00pm when we arrived and the room is still not clean!! Again!! 3 days without any service. I don’t understand the communication errors happening.
The rooms are pretty. The lobby is exceptionally laid out with a great design. The staff is kind and hospitable but none of it matters if the rooms are dirty. This could have been a 4 star stay if they would have followed through on the initial issue but 3 days with no room services is just bonkers.
Had to stay overnight in Ardmore for a family event, and after thoroughly reading all of the area hotel reviews I settled on Courtyard Ardmore. WOW was I surprised! The king room I stayed in on the third floor was every bit as comfortable and elegant as rooms I've stayed in at the Wynn & Bellagio in Vegas. The bed was perfect, the furnishings were unique and really cool, and everything was spotlessly clean. I had to work the morning of checkout and housekeeping staff was not rushing me out of the room, which was so nice. After checkout I had to work a bit more before leaving, and found the lobby to be a great space with good vibes, plenty of snacks, coffee, etc. The staff were helpful and charming. I've paid four times as much for a room in major cities that were not as clean, comfortable, or classy. Four stars!
We had a great stay. Service was very friendly, room was nice and clean and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Elevator left a little to be desired.
What I was looking for. Good rest. Clean. Helpful staff (thank you Carmen!). Solid breakfast fare. Right price. Easy access off the highway. Quiet (it was a Sunday night so that may have helped).

This location is a food truck with a nice balcony on the side where there is plenty of seating, lighting and fanning. The food was very delicious and for an affordable price. Definitely recommend this place if your passing by the area or live in the
