Countryside Corporate Apartments - Furnished apartment building in Madison - 3210 Coventry Trail, USA

I stayed for 6 months. The clean, well organized apartment has everything one would need for an extended stay including kitchenware, appliances, comfortable furniture and beds, a TV in every room and desks. The corporate suite is exceptional and includes two bathrooms including a huge jetted tub that easily accommodates two oversized individuals. Location is safe and very convenient. Weekly housekeeping staff (thank you Adela!) is professional and very thorough every week. From start to finish, General Manager Connie, and Resident Manager Delana made my stay absolutely perfect. Without fail, every issue or request was handled with urgency, concern, professionalism and friendliness. Guest privacy and security is paramount. The friendly and knowledgeable maintenance staff is 24/7 on-the-spot. Can't say enough kind words about this place!

I would give 3.7 if that was possible. Overall I do recommend the property. It is kept spotlessly clean, the grounds are nice and the room is overall well appointed and set up. Also, it's in a nice neighbourhood for taking a walk and getting around. The key in/out system is excellent. Connie, the manager is great - and answers her own phone! However, the walls and ceilings allow guests to really hear a lot of neighbour sounds. There are noises from outside quite early in the morning, grass cutting and garbage removal. Also, we were told that the pool is kept open as long as possible. Mid and late September in Madison was really hot this year, and the pool was closed. So, if you can cope with some noise, and you don't care about the pool, very much recommended.

I just completed my second visit to Countryside Corporate Apartments and it did not disappoint. My unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The property is secure and the staff is always super helpful. The location is perfect. I can't wait to plan my return trip.

From my first call to inquire about Countryside and throughout my stay the entire staff has been wonderful. My unit was clean, spacious and the accommodations were very comfortable. The beds in my unit were comfortable and provided restful sleep.The grounds and walking trails are well maintained.
