Country Waffles - American restaurant in Fresno - 3050 W Shaw Ave #101, USA

Never knew that this place existed until my gf was craving for a waffle. I'm not much of a waffle person, but I got said after I tried a bit, I ordered myself one too. The food is good too and the environment is very nice and peaceful. It's definitely a good place to enjoy a beautiful morning.

Great classic American style waffle/breakfast/brunch spot in a busy area. The Hangover skillet has savory complex flavors throughout with a healthy but not ridiculous portion size. The Cheese Toast that comes with it (pictured) is a CULINARY NATIONAL TREASURE. It elevated the meal to a level that I had to review the place before I even left. The waffles are fluffy, warm, taste great. Fresh fruit toppings, absolutely nothing to complain about. Servers are attentive and friendly.

Ate here on a Saturday morning at 8:30 and got seated right away. We got the French toast combo and it was delicious.

Dined here two days ago. We used to love this place. Our waitress was not friendly. Not one smile or welcome. Her fake eyelashes looked like they were about to fall off. Took almost 15 minutes to get drinks and she seemed pissed my hubs ordered decaf. I never got my half waffle that came with my meal. The bacon is limp, never crisp. It's like they heat up pre cooked meat. Crisp your bacon people..... Marks and Shaw Time before my omelet had hair in it. Just sad.

Great flavor and customer service. This was my first time visiting the place. However, I will definitely be there again. My son loved his blueberry waffle. Homemade with an amazing taste. The place is neat and clean. Thanks!

Excellent first time experience. 11th anniversary for hubby and I. Food was delicious, pricing was great and overall service was exceptional. Definitely will be visiting next time in area.

First impression when walking in was prompt and welcoming. The place was cozy and we were seated by the door. Looking at some of reviews I did notice that the same table in one of the pictures was not bussed at our time of dining which is a bit comical but did not affect our experience. Our waitress was kind and swift and although there was slight miscommunication that also did not affect the review as everything was addressed appropriately, quickly and professionally. We ordered the breakfast crepe. Both modified one without ham and the other with no onions and ham substituted for deli turkey. The crepes themselves were lackluster in flavor but what made the crepes bad was that there was a hair particular in my friends crepe. The service was not bad but the food is what will keep me away from frequenting this establishment.

We love having breakfast here! The food is always hot and delicious. The biscuits and gravy are one of my favorites here. The chicken and waffles are always great to order. It's a lot of food, though. Great, fast and friendly service. Reasonably priced as well.
