This is by far the BEST hotel we have ever stood at!. The front desk service was amazing!! Very friendly, Clean rooms, Cozy!.. this is definitely our go to hotel when we come to Colorado Springs again

I absolutely love the rooms/suites here. I have stayed in 3 different room types I absolutely love the comfort here. However, I have been treated unfairly each occasion. This one being the worst. I paid for a two bedroom queen suite for 3 days. The total for the stay was 385.00 Total I was charged 560.00 the remainder being incidentals. My husband was harrassed and told he was not a guest here following him verifying the room he was staying in. I was never contacted to verify if he was a guest or not instead he was followed around the hotel and threatened to have the police called on him. The entire 3 day stay i never had house keeping come check if we needed toilet paper or clean towels or anything of the sort. My check out date I wanted to extend and was told someone had booked the room I was in. I was told an hour before check out time that I had 15 minutes to be out or my card would be charged. Upon leaving I seen other family's checking out after I did and they were not harrased or threatened. I have been profiled and singled out and leaving here not feeling like a valued guest at all. My prior stays I've never left anything damaged nor dirty. I will never come back to this location where I have been belittled and treated so small. My family harassed and denied basic essentials and courtesy. The rooms are fantastic it would be my first choice everyone if I had a different experience. Then I look online and see there actually is availability for the room type i wanted to extend with.

My family stayed in the Country Suites for a week while we waited for our new home to be ready. We are a family of six and have two dogs so a two bedroom suite was a no brained. One room had a king size bed and the other had two queens. The living room area also had a bed in the pull out couch. We had so much space during our stay and also appreciated the two bathrooms. The tall ceilings also make it comfortable instead of feeling on top of each other. Another bonus was the ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We love ceiling fans. Also, each room area (3 total) had its own control panel for temperature so everyone was happy. Breakfast was good and laundry is on site. I really appreciated all of the staff’s help during our visit and recommend Country Suites. Another feature that made our stay easier is there is so much grassy area to walk the dogs. They do have the pet waste bin with bags in case you forgot yours

We used this hotel after a assault issue in a previous hotel closer to fort carson. I was so pleased with this facility! We ended up in a handicap room by accident (I didn’t realize when I booked the room) but it was a wonderful efficiency room with a full electric range, a full size refrigerator, a full size sink and even a dishwasher. It was essentially a little apartment and it was wonderful. The staff were so nice the whole time we were there and parking was never really an issue.

We booked a room with king bed but we went through booking.com and turns out experion, priceline, hotels.com and booking.com are OVERBOOKING THEM!! I feel bad for the employees having to deal with the mess of too many people booking one room and it basically became first come first serve! They had to turn people away that already booked. Seriously Book directly! They are offering rooms that are not available. The lady at the front at first put us in a room that someone was already checked into but quickly fixed it and we ended up with a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed which actually worked out better for us with two small kids. At first the ac wasnt working but we figured that out quickly as well. Check in aside though the hotel was great! Very clean very organized. Had plenty tp and paper towels, dish soap. Full fridge, stove, dishwasher dishes pots and pans. Obviously no breakfast due to covid which was no big deal for us as we never wake up early enough anyways. They had samsung flat screen and the kids could watch disney junior which was great. Water pressure was good in the shower and bathroom sink not so much the kitchen sink and there was no creamer for the coffee in the room. Those are literally my only complaints with the hotel. This was a great stay and great view of the mountains and close to everything! Garden of the gods, cliff dwellings, pikes peak was only an hour drive, harley davidson museum, lots of playgrounds. I loved our stay! Highly recommend this place just dont recommend booking.com.
