Sheri and her team always have the rioms and common areas spotlessly clean. The staff are super friendly. My favorite part is seeing Shadow! Such a fun and sweet dog. Very well behaved also.
I really like the 24 hr breakfast bar they have here. Nice and clean all around. Pet friendly with a deposit. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Bath tubs deep enough for a nice hot bath. Good products for soaps etc. Good location in town as well.
Have respect for Veterans on Veterans Day. Fire the manager Josh asap. Teach new employees to treat clients with respect not rudness. NEVER STAYING AGAIN, DONT WASTE UR TIME OR DIME ON THIS PLACE.||So apon checking in, was given the 5th degree about our service dog. The manager Josh, asked why and what her service was. I couldn't even finish explaining before being rudely being cut off. All while Richard is making side comments. We actually enjoyed this hotel at one point, but Richard was right. They have changed, to point of no manners, crap customer service and the manager who needs more training then available. Yes this all happened on Veterans day too. Josh and Richard should be completely ashamed of themselves. Also besides the rooms looking old and run down, having someone mess with our TV all evening, was not ok. It turned off every 15 to 30mins. The remote had poop or chocolate on it and chair looked like some peed in it. Very very unpleasant stay and far from restful. |Only pleasant staff was the morning ladies and leaving. |Also if untrained and dirty dogs are allowed, why was my quiet, trained and clean dog such a huge deal, when this place is advertised as 'Pet friendly'.
This was my first time here, and It was a very good experience. I booked 3 days ahead with Josh, who did a great job getting a great room at a very good rate. On arrival, the staff made checkin quick and pleasant. Great 24 hour buffet, with free cookies, and water. Very nice room, that was very clean and well set up. Stayed two days, and it was a very pleasant stay. I would stay there again. There is a great restaurant right next door/ Antlers. that is a good place to eat.
We stayed here one night. |Our room was very small we did have a king bed. The sink was outside of the bathroom which I am going to l have to learn to ask about when booking.|The room could have more lights and it would be nice to have a night stand on both sides of the bed.|The place was clean. |Check in and check out were very easy and both the men were very nice. |Shadow the Inn dog is very big and cute.Loves to say Hi|There is free water, coffee, hot chocolate and cookies all the time. Which was very nice.|The only thing that was not good even though it was 24 hours was the free breakfast. Yes they had things like muffins and gravy but you had to microwave it and the instruction were on the microwave. It was just not appealing. Also not many tables to sit at. Even though the breakfast was included we went next door to have breakfast. |
Very Very nice and helpful staff. They went out of there way for me. The rooms are clean and the local amenities are near by. This is the sleeping spot when you come to Libby MT
My go to place to stay, when in the area, is this hotel. Great customer service, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a cozy environment every time. The staff go above and beyond! Lovely place.
This hotel stay was part of a 7 state road trip and it was my favorite stay. Everybody says staff is friendly at good hotels but these guys were downright warm and friendly. The 24 hour breakfast included came in clutch! Stayed here for a long weekend and if I'm ever in town, I'm not looking at other hotels.
It was a beautiful fall day to visit Kootenai Falls Park and Suspension Bridge. From the parking area it is a short down hill hike to the suspension bridge. The trail is uneven, rocky, and may be difficult, the first bridge you will have to walk do
