Absolutely terrible. The room keys didn't work and had to get reset about 20x...which was very frustrating. As soon as we entered the room, it had a terrible musty smell in it. The fridge was broke and leaked all over. The bathroom was disgusting and had holes and stains all over. The bathroom door didn't even lock and the beds were hard. The room door had to be slammed to shut properly, even then it still wouldn't shut half the time. The tub wouldn’t drain water. The breakfast was a bunch of junk wrapped up, nothing nutritious or anything fresh. It was a very messy hotel. The pool was gross and unclean and the hot tub was out of order all weekend. Very disappointing and frustrating. A 2 night stay was way to expensive for this place.

Our room was clean except for a 3 foot long stain in the carpet, staff was very friendly. The pool was filthy… you could see the dirt on the bottom of it, needless to say no one was using that!!! Our daughter’s had a room where the air conditioning was leaking as to which they were given towels to put on the floor their bathroom must have been forgotten as to which there was hair in the tub and fecus on the toilet. They purchased santitation wipes to clean themselves.

Positive: Was fairly quiet and couldn?t hear people coming in and out Negative: Breakfast was very sparse. The women at the deck didn?t look happy to be there or want deal with anyone.

Good lord how do I start. - The fire alarm went off and on for about 5 minutes, until it began going non stop. - We were already evacuating on our own after the alarm had been going off for about 7 minutes before we even saw an employee. He wasn’t knocking on any doors, not checking any rooms, absolutely no urgency. Even though it wasn’t an emergency, they had no idea why the alarms were actually going off and if it WAS an emergency everyone would’ve been dead. All we got was a casual “we don’t know what’s happening, you gotta evacuate”. - Their emergency procedures were faulty, they said they had the alarms rigged to automatically send a fire truck out to check, but they didn’t show up until about 45 minutes of us standing outside in the mosquitos. This was downright unacceptable and unprofessional, not even CLOSE to safe protocol. In their words “we have no idea what is going on” NOBODY KNEW if it was an emergency or not and none of the staff took any of it seriously. Clients were left in their rooms, multiple elderly people had been left in their rooms during all this and hadn’t made their way out until the fire fighters finally arrived. This is insane and absolutely horrible. Can’t imagine how these idiots would handle an ACTUAL emergency. Despicable. On top of the important stuff; - The bathroom was disgusting. Unknown brown marks and stains were all along the bottom of the door, if I’m being honest, it looks like feces. Bathroom door DOES NOT LOCK!! -The room phone wasn’t even plugged in. Not prepared for any emergency! - All sites posting this hotel advertised a hot tub, it is out for the entirety of this weekend and for who knows how long! False advertisement and bad maintenance. There should’ve been signage or something by the door before we checked in, that was one of the ONLY reasons we booked here in the first place. Do not book here unless you crave dissatisfaction and disappointment.

We travel often for hockey so we see lots of 'affordable' hotels. - this hotel was disappointing. Badly in need of an update - our room had no blow dryer and the front desk had none to loan out. The worst element was the breakfast. Cold, powdered eggs and undercooked sausages. Coffee was like brown water and the pots were always empty. Guests had to repeatedly ask for fresh pots to be made. Definitely not worth $150/night (room + taxes). There are not many options in River Falls but next time we're here we'll consider the others, or find a better one a bit further away.

Staff are very well friendly and they care so much about you / ppl and they have your back , this hotel has been a blessing for me to walk into , I appreciate the staff and the hotel as they helped me out in a blessing way.. thank you River Falls county inn , I truly appreciate you and your staff ,

Hotel, was dated, room had and odor, needed to be cleaned better. Front desk was great.

We booked our reservation online. At check in the staff said everything was all set and provided us a lesser room rate. The hotel was very busy and check in went smoothly. The rooms were standard size and clean. There was a very nice restaurant within walking distance. Check out also went smoothly. A few days later we were charged the higher rate and after a phone call determined the online check in was a 3rd party group. And the lesser rate was a hold deposit. So we were charged for the online rate and the hold deposit. So be aware of this situation happening to you, too.
