We had a great stay! Bella was amazing and super friendly! Our room was very clean and the accommodations were nice. The breakfast was good! The ONLY issue was the bathtub. It needs replacing. The tub cabinet is loose and makes you feel like your going to fall. The tub drain has been repaired but the whole unit needs to be replaced. Over all the stay was great!
Bella is amazing! From check in to check out (unfortunately we missed her at checkout but everyone was still sweet). She was super informative! We came in late and wanted to eat something, she gave us information and recommendations on where to go and what’s open at the time. I only gave 4 stars on the rooms because as soon as we got in the room, the bathroom smelled like marijuana. We went downstairs to let Bella know, it wasn’t too bad but we wanted to make sure we weren’t going to get charged for the smell since we just checked in. She was so helpful, offering us another room and apologizing even though it’s not her fault. We ended up leaving the fan on and spraying the bathroom, the smell ended up going away by the time we got back so we just stayed in the room, but we appreciated the offer into fixing the issue so quickly. She also made sure to note we wouldn’t get charged for the smell at all. Other than that, the breakfast was complimentary and decent, the room was pretty good other than the smell in the beginning and we only needed to stay for the night since we were driving to Tennessee in the morning.
The location was perfect. Every attraction was less than a mile away even food. The rooms were great especially having the beds in a different room than the living room. The staff was so nice. They even gave me directions to find restaurants. Booking them again in the fall or winter. Don't really know yet. This is definitely on my list of places to stay.
We had a good trip and will stay here again. Of course, it’s not a 5 star hotel nor does it advertise such. Our room was very clean and all was good. Only a couple of picky inconveniences. Have to open 2 doors to get in refrigerator which I use a lot and microwave is too low but when you think about it that’s nothing to get upset about. Good job staff.
We stopped here for the night on our way to Tennessee. Bella demonstrated remarkable hospitality and accommodation. She even provided us with recommendations for dinner. Upon checking in, we noticed a horrible smell in our bathroom. Bella was extremely apologetic and offered us another room, but we declined due to our brief stay. We utilized the fan and deodorizer, and by the time we returned from dinner, the odor had vanished. Overall we had a great stay and definitely would stay again.
We were traveling to my aunt's funeral and decided we needed a room for the night. Initially we booked on a third party website and mistakenly selected our check in for the next night. When we arrived we were greeted and the mistake was discovered. The night manager who had greeted us wasn't sure if we would be able to get a refund due to the stay being booked on the third party website, but she would reach out to the owner in the morning to see what could be done. They weren't able to modify the booking, but they did have an available room. We have a service dog, Daisy Valor with us. The night manager asked the two questions they're allowed to ask, respectfully. Overall, it was a smooth process on our end. If you are traveling with a service dog, I would recommend staying here. The grounds of the property were well kept and had proper lighting at night. The next morning, we had their complimentary breakfast before checking out. The checkout process was quick, we had provided a cash deposit and had gotten the full amount back after they inspected the room for damages. As promised, they assisted us in getting a full refund. After the funeral a few days later, we were driving back home and decided to stay here again. This time we booked a room directly with them. The second stay was just as good as the first. We appreciate knowing that we are able to stay here with our service dog and be treated with respect.
If you need a place to stay this is the one. The girl at the desk was incredible on 7/16/2024 at 8 pm. The room smelled incredible and felt it too after a long day on the road heading home. Places to eat all around. Best place to stay.
I had the worst experience with my visit at this hotel. I have stayed at this hotel many times but this time it was very unprofessional and an absolute nightmare and the worse customer service ever. I was harassed several times by the young lady in the front. I had told her that I come here to visit my kids and sometimes the kids will come to the hotel to visit me. But they did not stay over. Specially, on school nights. They live in Warner Robins about 2 miles away. First of all, they checked me in late around 3:30 PM last time I checked in at 11 AM then she came and harassed me about my daughter going into the pool. She said it’s liability Because her name is not on the list. told her to put her name on the list and she said it cost more money. So I said, is it the money or is it liability??? Every time I came to this hotel, my daughter went to the pool and everyone was nice to her. I stay at this hotel for over a week, almost every 2 or 3 month. Anyway, I was disrespected in front of my children , embarrassed, and harassed many times.
I truly had the worst experience. I never like to write a bad review for anyone, but when you’re unprofessional, and you do not have any customer service experience , and you keep on harassing your guests, you will lose many customers.
You cannot harass your customers, that’s a lawsuit. But because I’m a Godly man, I don’t believe in lawsuits. I suggest that the manager teaches his employees how to treat their customers. customer service is number one. The way we use our words is very important. We must our words wisely and kindly with our guests.

Please educate your employees to communicate with their customers and their children with love and respect.
