Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Toledo, OH - Hotel in Maumee - 541 W Dussel Dr, USA

Sept 6-7, 2024: Good value for a small hotel. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. We had to turn off the refrigerator in the room because it was very loud. The options in the complimentary breakfast were standard fare (the eggs did taste strange) but good enough to kick start our day.

We had never stayed at a Country Inn & Suites but we sure will in the future. Some features: good location, spotlessly clean, all the amenities you’d expect, friendly staff, easy checkin/checkout. The beds were comfortable, the lighting good, and the shower was great. Breakfast selection was good, the food well stocked, and the area was clean. A very good value for the money. Definitely will stay here again.

Like most, we were here for a soccer tournament. We were happy with the cleanliness off the rooms, the beds were comfortable, and ultimately for the price was a great choice for our family of 4. I would also like to mention that Mrs. Bee, the kitchen manager was amazing with keeping items well stocked in the breakfast nook. She is a very hard worker and is deserving for a raise! It’s nice for people to add that personal touch during your stay and Mrs. Bee was that person!

Mrs. Bee's breakfast really made this stay WONDERFUL. Delicious fluffy eggs (added a pic because they were so good), tasty sausages hot coffee, and more. When I stay at hotels it is hot or miss on breakfast. Mrs. Bee not only provided great food, but outstanding professional service! She kept the breakfast bar SPOTLESS and greatest EVERYONE with kind words and a beautiful smile. ||My hotel room was very clean. As a solo female traveler I felt safe here. The hotel looks and smells clean. No matter how many people were here the staff seemed diligent and helpful. ||I appreciate the staff and especially Mrs. Who made me and all the others in the room feel at home. Which is wonderful when you are far from it.

I just wanted to say that the employees here are truly amazing!!! They go above and beyond to make you feel like your as home when your away from home! starting from the front desk! Missy during the day very sweet and kind and always makes me feel welcomed during my stay here which is several times a week! Keep up the great work! We appreciate it coming from the CLC guys!! We recently stayed at this hotel and I accidentally left my laptop behind when we checked out. The housekeeping staff and front desk team went above and beyond to first bring it to my attention and then help me get it back. Raven was quick, efficient, and kept me updated throughout the process. Their excellent service turned a stressful situation into a smooth, hassle-free experience. Huge thanks to the amazing staff! We'll definitely be staying here again.

Nice place was quiet and very clean. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The only thing that was missing was the remote to turn the channel on the TV, not everyone likes Fox News and it was a bit loud. The rooms were very clean and the climate control worked great.

Positive: The room was clean and the location was great! Bess are comfortable too. Negative: Our toilet started to run then it began to overflow and I was told by the front desk that the maintenance man would not be in until Monday. So at 11:00 pm, I had to get out of bed and pack all our stuff and move to another room. I was not happy!
