Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, St. Peters, MO - Hotel in St Peters - 3877 Veterans Memorial Pkwy, USA

We travel on a motorcycle and thought maybe we should push on to Hannibal. But hotels were crazy expensive so we decided to call it a day. Our track record with Country Inns has not been good.... until now!! The young gentleman who checked us in (7/29/24) was BEYOND friendly and helpful! He was a good hire by someone! We were pleasantly surprised to find the hotel clean and updated (usually, they are not). I loved that the guest room flooring is laminate, which in my opinion is MUCH MORE sanitary than carpeting and doesn't hold any foul smells. TV in our room is HUGE (maybe 50") which is important to us. The pool looked clean (we didn't use it). Breakfast was acceptable. My only suggestion is to replace the shower curtain.

The location is close to the highway, so easy on and off, but you can hear highway noise constantly. It wasn't that bad, but noticeable. The room was spacious and clean, but there were a lot of minor dings and scrapes, as well as cheap laminate trim coming off the cabinetry. We did sleep very well, and were very glad for the room darkening shades on our east facing room. We did not eat breakfast or use the pool.

This was a nice location. Walking distance from shopping centers. The establishment was very well manicured and kept up. The room was updated and clean. The staff was polite and friendly. I feel the price was a bit high considering the hotel were stays the night before (Comfort Inn) was a mini house for much less.

there was a big convention in town and every hotel was sold out and we were able to get a babysitter last minute for our wedding night and they were able to get us a one bedroom king suite and was running behind on time and they allowed me to get into the room an hour and a half early to spread out flower petals in the room after the wedding, we could come back and it was decorated for the new wife and she absolutely loved it. I would recommend this hotel to the staff is excellent in the property inside and out is extremely clean and updated in the breakfast in the morning is really good and have a lot to choose from.

Read before visiting! TL;DR not super clean, not worth the price! Pros is the staff was great. They were friendly, greeted us with smiles, and we had zero issues with any of them. Kudos to the staff. Zero evidence of bed bugs. I always check mattresses before staying. Walking distance to QT and McDonald's. Cons: Walking in the lobby area smelled heavily of Marijuana. It's legal there but I feel like making a sign that you can't smoke by the doors would be beneificial. There was black hair on several towels as well as sheets. My daughter and I have long hair but hers is red and mine is teal. Wasn't ours. The shower curtain had what looked to be mold growing at the bottoms. THERE IS NO HOT TUB and the listing I booked from said there was. The pool was cold and there is a large portion of the ceiling missing in the pool area. There is almost no signage to help find your room or elevator. The breakfast was ok but not great by any means. It's free so we ate. The internet was pretty terrible, too. My daughter couldn't use some things on her tablet because of this. Bed was okay but the pillows are feather and as soon as your head touches them they are flat as a pancake. Safety is a CONCERN. I was given a new key card without any ID. I didn't even have to give a name, just the room number and I was in. I think it would be okay to stay here for one night but not if you're planning for several nights.

This hotel appeared recently remodeled. The room was clean and well stocked, staff were attentive and professional. The highway traffic was a bit loud. We had an ADA accessible room and it appeared adequate. Breakfast items were the regular- eggs, sausage, waffles & cereal.

I have to get up at 4am for WORK AND THERE IS NEVER HOT WATER!!!! ALL WEEK LONG!!!! Insane!!!! Is this 1960s MEXICO?! I’m convinced they literally turn the hot water heater off at night and then play dumb when asked about it. There’s literally no other explanation. Also they advertise a hot tub but it doesn’t exist and they refuse to update their information. The breakfast is even worse than most disgusting hotels like this. But best believe if THEY have an issue, you’re gonna know REAL quick.
