Everything was good about this hotel. It was clean, for breakfast meats there were turkey options for those like myself who don't eat pork. Only suggestion I'd make is even though someone room is occupied for a few days, housekeeping should inquire if we'd like them to clean our room. We had to call downstairs to get fresh towels and the front desk rep brought them up personally, I thought that was nice but overall it was a good experience. I do recommend them
The first room I was given had a deadbolt that wouldn't lock. The second room I was given had a hole in the door big enough that someone in the hallway could have seen me or heard me if they wanted to. The third room had mold on the wall behind the curtains. The power in the area was out for hours and the hotel made no effort to communicate with guest. The pillows were flat and the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The room was said to be renovated but it didn't look that way at all. The walls are thin enough that I could hear people in the hall clearly. Housekeeping knocked on the door an hour before check out. I kept yelling that I was still in the room but she ignored me and tried to enter anyway. Luckily, the extra security piece on the door kept her out. I should have gone to Sleep Inn instead.
What a diisappointment at this Countery Inn. It may be a good location for construction workers to live but this is a wornout place that needs major wok. The chair at the desk was ould and torn and I was afraid to sit on the filty thing the walls and tub in the bathroom looked like it had been abused. The tub has no hand held place to hold on to when entering and exiting the tub that has no strip on the floor to keep from sliding. Tis is dangerous. The breakfast was non eatable. There were no pastries and no syrup for the waffles. When I asked the attendant she showd the batter container was full. When I shower her the empty syrup container she showed me a couplr sugerfree syrup bottles. Top top it off the milk for the cerial was sour. We were sure glad there was a Paners across the road
Horrible general manager. Everyone else is great. The hotel itself is ok and in a good location. The staff is friendly. Rooms smell like weed and holes in the curtains. AC doesn’t always work in the rooms either. Breakfast is ok too and the staff that manages it
Positive: "" Negative: I think there was a power outage before we checked in. During check in we were told the elevators were not currently working. Once we got to our room, there was no hot water and the cable tv was also out. I would have liked if they told us everything.
Looks and feels dirty, checked in, trash in refrigerator, and was not cold, shower cap in trash can, stains all over the carpet, band aid over smoke detector. Went down this morning for a cup of coffee at 6:30 not even warm so no telling how long that's been sitting. Definitely not coming back.
The service was horrible. The front desk rep. Charged my card twice for the incidental fee as the machine read approved on my end she loudly said declined. I showed her my charge on my account for both holds. She called her manager over who said the room thar we paud for a month in advance was not paid for and will charge me for it now. I then gave them my cash app card tired of them missing with my debit card and was told they will only use it for the room cost since they held twice as much on my bank card for incidentals. They manager held the room fee and incidentals for the third time. My money is still on hold from more then 2 weeks ago with no incidental charges, no damage, and I cleaned the room leaving only trash in the cans. My room was nice and the location was great. Walking distance to the outlets and restaurants.
We got throwed out of hotel and was harassed about our service animal and had all proper paper work !! And hotel website said PET FRIENDLY!!! Can show proof then when I ask for her to talk to her face to face She was NO WHERE To be found!!

This hotel is great, the staff is friendly, the aesthetic is inviting. Very clean, and despite welcoming pets it is very quiet. This is a great hotel for families. We tend to travel a lot and instead of the children being trapped in the room between
I stopped while driving through NC for a trip from Florida to Pennsylvania to celebrate Christmas. Sadly, there was a storm occurring during my drive and the visibility during the day made it apparent it would be hard to drive at night. I pulled over
Roses is my favorite place to shop even better than Wally's World. And seniors get 10% off on Wednesdays. Great clothing selection at very good prices. I have recently purchased (at a great price) Bluetooth headphones and speaker that I use everyday.
When I went to Brightleaf Commons I visited Food Lion :-) their stores are always clean, their vegetables are always fresh and I always find a kind face there:-) that's why I shop at Food Lion!!!

I've recently started DJing karaoke here on Thursday nights (8:00pm-12:00a.m) and it is a really cool spot. Staff and regulars are very friendly and if you like karaoke they've got a good-sized stage for you to sing on. I mean they went all out. High
I visit the shopping center about once a week for grocery pickup at Walmart. They have changed the pickup parking a bit to add many more spaces to park and it is even more convenient now because it is at the edge of the Walmart side entrance. Cuts wa
