Desk staff were excellent! Clean lobby to hotel. Great breakfast! Pool was decent. In our room the floor felt wet. Let my 14 month old down to crawl and move around. After 5 minutes i picked her up and her knees and top of feet were black! Carpet was dirty! Rest of room was fine. I let desk staff know and they would have someone look into it.

Front desk girls were very welcoming and joyful! Place is very clean and well kept so much so that when we got in the room you could still smell the cleaning supplies. The only downside was the bathroom is on the small side but definitely not a deal breaker. Very cheap, high-quality hotel. Lots of outdoor seating. Again very nice hotel.

Had a great experience here. The rate of the room was great. Room was clean. Staff was fine. Location was great. Only small note is don't come for the hot tub! Pool is "heated" but definitely not warm. Overall would stay again.

Pretty Decent Hotel! Got Mason for check in and was a true professional. Rooms are decent size, clean and modern, and indoor pool was warm and clean. Outdoor splash pad is good for the babies. Breakfast wasn’t too bad. Location is a bit of drive but worth it compared to staying somewhere dirty, moldy and outdated. Definitely would stay here again!

Positive: I stayed at the Radison the night before, I liked the Country Inn better. Was a better set up to suit me. I loved access to fresh air via the balcony door. and a bath tub after along day of photographing in parking lots. Negative: strong scent on the lobby, some scent on the room, and the light on the balcony flashed off and on but these did not take away form the things I liked.

I'm very pleased with my stay. All staff were extremely kind and helpful. My room was spotless clean. I received fresh towels every day. The bed was a dream, very comfortable.

This is our first night of a 3 week cross country trip, and we really enjoyed our stay! From the warm greeting at the front seat, to a smooth check in, everything was great. The room is huge, quiet and very, very clean. Food water pressure in the shower (big plus!), the sink is in the room, as opposed to the bathroom, which was interesting. Lots of families with kids. Lots of parking. Accessible. Outside, two fire pits, and the outdoor pool has water play structures for the kids. Would stay again on a minute.

My wife Lindsey and I had a very disastrous evening leaving the mountains which involved our car unexpectedly dying on us. Thankfully a Good Samaritan got us back up and running. We made it to the Weigels in Kodak only for the car to die again. We had no luck getting the car started again but thankfully we looked up and saw the Country Inn and Suites by Radisson right across the road. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an absolute sweetheart named Kayla! She greeted us with a warm and friendly smile and was very accommodating. She made sure to not only provide us a room, but also went the extra mile to include a travel crib for our 1.5 year old, toothbrushes, and any other necessities we may have needed to ensure a comfortable stay. Thanks to her we were able to get our girls to sleep in record time and we all awoke refreshed and in good spirits before having to deal with our car problems. I can’t thank her enough for going above and beyond. Not only did she allow us a late checkout, her amazing manager Codey also granted us the freedom to hang out by the pools and lobby to let our girls get the wiggles out while we waited on our car to be towed to a repair shop. We absolutely will be visiting this hotel again and again just for the service alone. I wish I could leave many more 5 star reviews because they deserve it!
