This hotel was great, our stay was very comfortable. Everyone on staff for our weekend stay was extremely friendly. The pool and hot tub was great the kids had a lot of fun playing in the indoor pool area. The price of the hotel was very reasonable for the room we got with a private king bed. Everything looks newly updated and renovated and bed was comfortable. Clean hotel. Great breakfast!

I stayed here recently due to a family reunion. I got two rooms for 3 nights which was decently priced at 860.00 dollars. The floors were very creaky when walking around the room. I was afraid the floor was going to cave in at any point. The staff was so rude to me and harassed me the entire stay. There was multiple people staying at the hotel due to a family reunion but they choice me out of everyone to harass. They even taunted my daughter with a broom stick as she was walking down the stairs. They made me very uncomfortable watching me in groups as I left and came back to the hotel. WORST EXPERIENCE Ever. Check your account if you stay here because they will randomly run your card at any given time for what ever they feel you did without consulting with you. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

This is a great value for a very clean and comfortable room. The free hot breakfast was the best of any hotel along I-95. We traveled with our 2 dogs and there are plenty of places to walk them. I didn't use the indoor pool, but it looked like it was in great condition.

The amenities are nice. They are upgrading and doing a nice job. It was quiet and clean! The workers were very pleasant! We would stay here again. The pool and hot tub were also nice and kept. The workout room has very nice equipment. Thank you for the nice room

I was extremely disappointed in my room at this location. The room was very musty smelling, the sink was full of dirty water when we arrived (meaning the cleaners ignored the sink) and the bathtub felt like the floor underneath it was rotting away. We stay at Choice Hotels always and this one was a huge disappointment. We don't have super high expectations, just a clean room that doesn't smell and this location is definitely lacking.

Positive: The hot tub and jacuzzi area. Negative: The toilet was dirty. Pillow cases had stains on them. Couch had stains on it. The furniture was in bad repair. The staff were rude.

Had the pleasure of staying at this establishment recently on our way back from Florida. My husband and I along with our children and our service animal were looking for a place to get off the road for a while, along our route. We called into this hotel as it was conveniently located right off 95, and confirmed that they had an operating pool and hot tub as well as a hot breakfast and a king suit room. It was at this time the polite man in the phone explained that they were under construction currently. The rate was good and the amenities claimed to be onsite, so we were satisfied with heading there. In route, I breezed over the reviews….. admittedly they were nothing short of alarming and quickly made us start to regret our decision to spend the night. Upon arrival, the premises showed clear evidence of ongoing construction. Although this was quite overwhelming, it was disclosed prior to. After having read the reviews, my husband decided to approach the front desk with this information and further decided to first scope out not only the room of course but also the anticipated swimming pool and hot tub area desired by the kids. Much to our relief, the staff was very pleasant, patient and understanding. My husband was ushered directly to the 3 rd floor which had obviously been freshly renovated. Our room was a comfortable, new king suite with the expected room amenities, fridge, microwave, 2 flat screen tvs, usb charging stations, room safe, iron and board, hair dryer and all updated furniture. He was then shown the pool and hot tub area. Although, as mentioned in a previous review, the “indoor” pool was located in an enclosed area that did have open screens which made the room breezy. however, the hot tub was hot and the pool wasn’t freezing. The stay was comfortable and we enjoyed our evening. The next morning we went downstairs for breakfast and were accommodated with the usual scrambled eggs, waffle maker, yogurt and cereal. Additionally they had biscuits and gravy which were a nice addition and tasted as expected. It is no secret that this location is under construction and visible from every angle, in fact it’s quite messy in certain areas, however the completed areas are coming along quite nicely. The exterior lighting is a huge plus. It is a decent area, but with all the happenings taking place with the construction, it is nice to have a well light building and parking lot and it makes you feel quite comfortable to be able to see everything while walking the dog. Overall, we would stay here again. The staff was pleasant, the accommodations (in the newly renovated areas) were on point, breakfast was hot and the hot tub/ pool area was acceptable. Also, there were no hassles with our service pet joining us in any area during our stay, and at no additional charge. This too was a plus. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Beware of this location. Sure, the room rate is high, but so it the area. I stayed for the indoor pool. Which was not very large. Then my 11 year old son accidentally had a nose bleed in the night. Some sheets and a towel were stained. I was overly charge $150 additional for the night. The hotel is under construction for renovations. With paint fumes and dust in the air. A stay here might cost more than you bargain for. I even called for the charges to be reversed, my future calls were even blocked. Buyer Beware!
