Pretty good experience overall. Had an issue when we got there, where our third-party bookings payment wasn't going through, but that is not the hotels fault. The lady at the desk was amazing with the whole situation. There were only a couple of issues with the hotel itself, and they were very minor. When we got to the room, there wasn't any toilet paper in the bathroom, and that was immediately fixed. Rooms were clean, but the TV was stuck on Spanish, and we couldn't figure out how to fix it. Good water pressure and temperature. Breakfast was small but tasty.

Amazing Experience! I had to stay here because my flight got cancelled and needed a room briefly before I left for my rescheduled flight early the next morning. Spectacular hospitality- all the staff were very friendly, welcoming and warm. Exceptional customer service, indeed. Also a very clean and beautiful & spacious hotel conveniently located next to the Savannah airport. They were beyond accommodating driving me right away to the airport. Thank you everyone for such a pleasurable experience during the ordeal I faced with the airport!

Patrick & Avirel and all staff were great and shows a lot of southern hospitality I will definitely visit this prestigious hotel again. They make sure our staff was comfortable. Breakfast was refilled and stocked. I appreciated they had two waffle makers. The room was very clean and bed was super comfortable.

We booked two rooms for four nights while we visited Savannah. It is a bit of a drive into the city, but we enjoyed the location for the proximity to shopping and the Fun Zone in Pooler. There are also a couple of filling stations/convenience stores and a Wendy's in easy walking distance. ||The front desk attendants were all pleasant and helpful and breakfast was fine. Thank you to the woman who was attending the breakfast room while we were there for keeping the area clean and filled. ||Our rooms were lovely and spacious and we took advantage of the coffee maker, the fridge and the microwave to save a little money by buying groceries and eating in a few times. ||The pool is open nice and late, which is appreciated after a long day of exploring. The water in the hot tub is a funny colour, but we didn't think it was dirty -- possibly just the colour of the materials in the hot tub? It didn't bother us, anyway.

We arrived late and had a super early flight. Check-in went smoothly and the front desk folks were nice. The room was nice, bedding was soft. I dont think they run the air in the common areas as it was hot and stuffy. When we got up at 3:30 am I let the shower run for 15 minutes and no hot water. It is bad enough to have to be up at that hour, but then to have no hot water! :-( And I mean none. When we went to check out there was noone at the front desk to alert. There was only a sign that said, "If you are leaving and checking out, please drop your keys off and scan this qr code to leave us a review." So that is what I am doing. I would have given them a much higher rating had I been able to tell someone about our issue as I know things happen. Part of the reason I choose to stay at hotels is so I can reach out to the front desk should I need something. Just a reminder folks, check your hot water when you get into your room so you don't start off your morning with an unplanned cold shower. Happy travels, everyone!

Positive: The hotel was in a great location. Every thing is near by. My room was down stairs and near the parking. The indoor pool was great. My Neice really enjoyed themselves. I enjoy the breakfast. Staff was friendly and courteous. I overall enjoyed my stay. Negative: I can not say that there was something I dislike about the hotel. I will DEFINITELY stay here when I?m back in town. And I have already recommended people to stay here.

This hotel was clean, convenient and newly decorated! They keep the pool open until midnight for us weary travelers and there’s a hot tub as well! But I cannot say enough about the kindness of the staff. My flight got cancelled and Latanya did her absolute best to make sure I could stay in my same room another night! Couldn’t be happier with my stay and this will be my go to hotel in Savannah

Extremely disappointed. Room are nice enough. However, Wake up in the middle of the night covered in Bedbugs. Employee came to the room took photos of the visible bedbugs and also photos from all the bites marks. Management won’t take responsibility, saying that they have to have proof that was bedbugs, what more proof do you need, I have bites marks on body and the night time employee witnessed bedbugs in the bed. my whole luggage is trash now, and the supposed manager won’t do anything about it. Was extremely rude. Don’t stay here unless you want bedbugs all over you and have manager talk to you as if you are an inconvenience to her.
