We had a fantastic one-night stay at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware! The room rates were extremely affordable, which was a pleasant surprise. Both our room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, thanks to John in the breakfast room. His outstanding service and friendliness were exceptional. He made us waffles, kept our table tidy, and even when we showed up at the last minute before breakfast closed, he encouraged us to take our time. Thanks to John, our visit was even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its great prices and excellent service.

Awesome hotel, especially for the price! We stayed at this hotel for 1 night and the amenities were great! Very nice hotel and customer service. Only 2 miles (about 5 min drive) away from the boardwalk and beach. Hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable as well as up to date. The continental breakfast was great too. John who worked in the breakfast area was kind very helpful and friendly! We loved our stay here at the country inn!

I just returned yesterday from a family vacation here. Me and my husband were extremely satisfied with the Country Inn. Honestly couldn't ask for anything else. All of the staff were wonderful. Front desk workers, breakfast room worker and maintenance people along with housekeeping were all extremely polite and respectful and helpful. They have an excellent staff. This is one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed. Absolute excellent value. My kids really enjoyed the pool. The location is excellent only a 3 minute drive to beach and pretty much everything period. The hotel was very quiet and low key which we loved. Room was in excellent shape no complaints at all and some things looked newer. Bed was great and I am super picky about hotel beds because of my health issues but this bed was very comfy. We were sad to leave. Besides my kids being wild it was truly a comforting experience. We will definitely be back next year and will be recommending this hotel to others.

The Country Inn at Dewey Beach, Delaware, is a gem by the shore that provides an exceptional experience for its guests. One of the standout aspects of our visit was the General Manager, Kim. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is evident in every interaction. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, offering excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions. Kim’s warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home, and her attention to detail ensured our stay was flawless. However, our experience was slightly marred by an interaction with a front desk staff member. Unlike the rest of the team, he was somewhat rude and unhelpful during check-in, which was disappointing. Despite this, the overall experience at the Country Inn was wonderful, largely thanks to Kim and the rest of the friendly and accommodating staff. If you’re planning a trip to Dewey Beach, this inn, with its excellent service and prime location, is a fantastic choice.

We liked this hotel but Jon, who worked doing the breakfast, was exceptional! He was so polite and went out of his way to take care of my daughter and I. I will highly recommend this hotel because of Jon! This hotel was a little far from the beach but everyone we came in touch with was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and efficiently operated.

Only a 5 minute drive to the beach, amazing and friendly staff, clean rooms. It's hands down one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. We've stayed here two years in a row for our family vacation and will be returning next year as well. Also the complimentary breakfast is top notch!

No complaints at all here. Friendly front desk staff, a very well maintained room, and walking distance to the beach. For a resort area so lacking in lodging, this place really merits your attention. The price on the weekend is high but competitive in this area.

The bathroom had a strong urine odor. Check-in at 4pm, hotel sold out, I had a 6 pm event. The front desk sent an employee who sprayed a disinfectant which didn't clean the bathroom or remove the urine odor. No available hotel rooms at peak season and being on a time crunch, as my last resort, from Rite Aid bought Lysol, latex gloves, sponges and a bowl. $15.27. Cleaned the bathroom on my hands and knees. The staff left notes on my experience, my contact information and cost for cleaning materials. As of today, the manager still hasn't initiated a call to me and after I called there four times. I understand the room turnover is fast, the hotel may be short staffed, and the pressure is on. Still, I do expect management to address my concerns with a steep steep discount to the point of $0.00 bill.
