Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Port Canaveral, FL - Hotel in Cape Canaveral - 9009 Astronaut Blvd, USA

This is a very clean new looking hotel. This area has a lot of construction going on. The room was very nicely equipped and clean. Larger than expected and our room on the second floor overlooked the pool. A few minuses for me is the TV kept losing signal so enjoying an evening movie or sporting event is difficult. At 6am the music in the lobby started, which was loud enough to hear in our room I’m typically awake before that but my companion is a late sleeper. Breakfast is served at 6am on weekdays and 7am on weekends. Good coffee clean and well kept breakfast area.

I booked this hotel with high hopes. Boy was I disappointed. We arrived at 10pm. They had a small kiosk with chips, candy,etc which was expensive. We hadn’t eaten since 2:30 and they only serve breakfast. Breakfast is complimentary but not worth it. Belgian waffles are doughy, no butter, coffee is bad. They have a hot tub and pool but no shade at all and no umbrellas. It was 95 degrees. Pool water was very warm. They also had no pool towels.room was ok. The tv signal kept going out all evening. I asked for a glass for the wine we had bought and got a plastic cup. There are several hotels nearby definitely a better bet. I definitely will not stay here again.

The hotel served as home base for both our travels in Florida and getting to the port for our cruise. Overall we were very pleased with the staff, who were friendly and helpful; the room, which was a good size for a family of four; the pool area, which was well maintained and offered nice lounge chairs, a jacuzzi, etc; the breakfast, anywhere you can make your own waffles is a hit with my crew; the cleanliness of all areas and the convenience to get to the port. The NASA theme is enjoyable as well with the flags, pictures, and other decorations. Pro-tip: this hotel offers parking with shuttles to/from the port so you don't have to move your car when it's time to meet your ship, and the rate is better than the parking decks at the port. Something to consider!

We came down for a 4 night stay. There was an issue regarding payment on the second morning and Jewel was the associate on duty. She was very kind and helpful in what was a slightly stressful situation. Every time we entered the lobby she gave us a wave and huge smile. She also gave us some good recommendations. The other front desk associates were very friendly as well. The room was a good size, hotel was in a great area close to everything, and the pool was huge. My only issue was that housekeeping didn’t come to the room to bring towels once. We had to go down each time we needed them. We will definitely be coming back when we come back to Cocoa Beach.

Room was more then I excepted when we arrived. Very large rooms. Full fridge and area to cook in if you felt like it. Very modern and clean. Also very close to the cruise terminal which is a bonus. They also have a very nice patio and swimming pool. And a full buffet style breakfast.

Check-in was very easy, and the attendant was very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. We parked our car their while we were on our cruise for a reasonable free, and they even shuttled us to the port. This is the way to go. Best service ever!

This was our 3rd and last time staying at this hotel and stayed July 19 2024. For three hundred bucks a night, I at least expect a bathroom door that closes and a bathtub that drains after nightly showers. I had to forgo a shower the morning we checked out because there was still standing water in the bathtub. The TV constantly went out and when I tried to call the front desk for the roll away bed I requested the phone didn't work. My husband went to the front desk and told them about the bathtub but they acted like they could care less. The location is great to the cruise terminal and I appreciated they comped our shuttle charge, but honestly that should be a complementary service anyway. The County Inn & Suites we stayed in in Sanford, FL was half the cost and twice as nice so I don't think it's a company wide problem. I would have given this particular hotel 0 stars if I could have.

Took their airport service from MCO and it was awesome! It was easy to book, the drivers were nice, vehicles were brand new and roomy and they packaged into my hotel stay! Relaxing start to my vacation. We struggled to find other hotels with this included service so it was a weight off our shoulders to find this! Once we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff and well kept rooms! I can’t recommend this hotel enough, will be back for sure each time I’m in town for a cruise!
