Very quiet comfortable place right off the 1st exit eastbound I-10 in Pensacola. Stayed on the 2nd floor room 208 and the beds were comfortable enough. The room, hall and A/C were very quiet. I didn’t hear any freeway traffic until around 5am. The hallways were well lit. We felt very safe. The breakfast was good, a typical “hotel hot breakfast.” The room was very clean. The shower does take several minutes to get hot water, but once it does it’s great. I strongly recommend. It’s a stay well worth the money, which isn’t expensive at all. It’s very comparable to the other 3 stars in the area.

Looks great from the outside. The entrance was very inviting. We had to pay $100 deposit that we didn't get back for days,they don't tell you that part. When we entered the room the walls bathroom was so outdated and looked horrible even the doors on the cabinet stayed open ,it must have been off centred. No we will not be staying at that one again.

The staff was very nice and pleasant. The room was excellent and clean, full breakfast great food. I would like to thank Amanda P, for being so wonderful when we checked in. Amber assisted us with getting a workable AC the one in the room want working properly. I notified Amber by the time went go back to the room and new AC was installed and the rest of our visit was wonderful. No complaints best hotel we stayed at in a long time. This is the hotel we will stay at again when we visit Pensacola Florida. Thanks again.

We were greeted with a very kind, friendly front desk associate who was new, but very efficient. Our room was very comfortable, clean, quiet and there was a fantastic room darkening shade!!|Truly, the highlight of our stay though was breakfast by Tara!! I rarely eat breakfast at hotels because they have weird eggs, not much selection and are crowded. Tara, the lovely lady in charge of the breakfast, changed my opinion forever! I have never seen such a variety of breakfast choices except on a cruise ship! lol She has made it her passion to make sure everything was thought of down to the peanut butter and honey! Yogurt, cereals, juices, waffles, freshly made bacon, eggs, biscuits, butter, jellies, teas, coffee. She comes from a catering family I found out and that is definitely one of her skill sets! She has done an amazing job catering to her guests. I also found out the owner listens to her and follows her recommendations. Kudos to him, too, for listening to his employees. 💕

This was a great place to stay. It’s a good location. They have a indoor pool and it is kid friendly. Breakfast is good. One room had a bad smell, they swapped us out to another rain without any issues. Owner is great! I had an issue with my bill and it was taken care of in a timely manner. This is a great place to stay.

Front desk clerk Amanda is by far one of the rudest clerks we’ve ever run into.||We prepaid for our room with our new choice credit card. |I went to tap my credit card for incidentals and she wanted the card to make a photocopy of the front and back of my credit card. |I let her know that would not be happening. She said it’s the owners policy. I had her get them on the phone and whoever she spoke to agreed to not make a copy. I can’t believe anyone would knowingly let someone photocopy their credit card. ||We were made to feel like dead beats. When my husband asked her if they had a lot of crime, she said yes and people smoke in their room and use hair dye. I told her we don’t smoke and don’t plan on dyeing our hair (hubby is bald). She smokes..the front desk area reeked of it. ||They took a 100.00 incidental charge on a 108.00 a night room that we had better get back in full. ||We pass through this way several times a year and definitely will not make this a stopover in the future after the way we were treated. ||The room is okay, nothing fancy but beware of the front desk clerk.

Spent 4 nights while visiting family in Pensacola over the Christmas holidays. We booked through Expedia and check in was easy, the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Not sure what else you need in a hotel? We were very satisfied. Thank you.

We made the reservation through a third-party. We were supposed to have a king suite. When we got to the hotel, all they had was a queen standard room. The staff was very apologetic and nice and after requesting a discount, we were granted one of 10%, the free breakfast was OK but there was no meat. Although everyone was very friendly, I probably would not recommend staying at this facility.
