I requested a wake up call everyday and it was late or never happened each day! I requested maintenance to my room to the first morning and no one every came. Found mold on the doorway and the guy wiped it and spray paint over it. The guy downstairs during the day had terrible customer service skills. I also didn't have trash cans in my room. The floors are not well cleaned or maintained. Build up in every corner where furniture and floor meets. The elevator is like going into hell hole hotbox. I left trash and towels in the hallway and only the towel got picked up. They left the trash all day till I said something. Mind you the housekeeper came by because they were at the end of the hall near me. The room did it's job but you get what you pay forIt makes no sense to offer free breakfast and then restrict the customer from taking it into their room. While also providing a microwave and fridge in the room to use. I think this pissed me off most of all about my stay. I got free breakfast hotel for a reason. To eat in my room in peace. But you "can't" take the food out of the dining hall but given that isn't written or explained ANYWHERE till you walk into the breakfast area i took mine anyways. But it's a redundant rule.

I was charged a 50.00 for incidentals, I had no incidentals and my money was never returned to my card. The young lady that helped me check in was rude....I got there a day late no accommodations were made....not that I expected them to but there is a thing called common courtesy. The room was a little over a 100.00 but I ended up paying 232.00 for 1 night and the room wasn't worth 20.00 the door wouldn't completely lock so I had to put the latch and a chair to feel secure. The bed spread was dingy and bleach damaged. Not sure if it was completely clean. The room smelled old. I could go on. But whatever you do don't stay here. Let this be your very last option!

This place seems to have a contract with a company, between the time I parked in the parking and unloaded my luggage the lobby filled up with people checking in. One person was working the counter, it was about 11 pm. So it was slow to check in. The room was decent, what you would expect. The location of the hotel appears to be a rough area. The lights in the parking area were like daylight and the hotel next door was the same. Rates are low for a reason. Not sure I would stay there again because of the location.

I recently stayed at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, and had an extremely disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we found that the sheets in our room were stained, which was very unsettling. Additionally, the hot water did not work, and we were not informed of this issue when we booked the room.||To make matters worse, there was an exposed electric socket with wires sticking out, posing a serious safety hazard. When we inquired about the hot water, we were told it would be back on in an hour. However, two days later, the issue was still not resolved.||Despite requesting compensation or relocation to a sistering hotel, the only solution offered was to cancel the room without an extra charge. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Honestly my mom hole experience here was awful. When we first pulled in there where about 10 people sitting out front smoking weed. Second when we get to the hotel the lobby appears to be nice but when u walk into the elevator the paint is pealing it looks lida ghetto then u walk into this hall that has no AC it's literally like suffocating in the halls the walls are darker and gloomy just feels bad. The room was decent the beds were comfy there was a huge whole in the wall that was patched but not painted over. The bathrooms I thought where ok the floors kinda looked like that they just used a dirty mop to clean. So we get up to go get breakfast we are staying in hotels cause a family member is dying in the hospital we are mentally exhausted we get up to go get breakfast to take to the room to feed my little girl. And there was a lady standing in the hall watching everyone she let some people take a bunch of food into the elevator but when I tried to take food to my baby she told me no that there is no food allowed in the elevator or in the rooms I that I needed to get my baby and bring her down. So I wake my kids up early get them dressed and take them down to eat she proceeded to watch me make my kids food. While I was prepping my daughter's food while trying to make my food it beeped and she grabbed my food with her hands and put it on a plate I felt like I was being watched the whole time for something I will never stay here again not to mention the pool was out of order I don't recommend the area it in it's like right there in the hood where a kid on the corner was selling water and they shot him dead it's ghetto ghetto.

What a dump! Every door on our floor had big pieces of paint missing. Same for the elevator. The remodel was done by workers with little skill. The breakfast had no hot food. There was more, but you get the point.

There was an awful smell in the lobby. The elevator tried to close on us twice. There was a large dead roach in the doorway between the rooms, open wires in the doorway, and sketchy people roamed the parking lot. The bathrooms were dirty, and the paint on the ceiling was cracked and pealing with some in the tub.

Took a road trip with the wife and kids and we stayed here for a night. The lobby was clean and updated, and the room was decently clean. Bathroom needed some attention, but decent and expected for the price.
