Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Norman, OK - Hotel in Norman - 960 Ed Noble Pkwy, USA

The pool was out of order, which seems to be a perennial problem. Our first room didn't have air conditioning, and our key cards didn't work. We were moved to one that did. Beds are very firm. The room was clean enough, but everything was worn and a bit shabby. UPDATE: The bathroom had poop stains on the light switch, and we didn't have towls. Called down to guest services to get some, and the line rang unanswered. Walked down to the desk, and someone was there, obviously not answering the phone. Very disappointed in this stay.

We were in 2 rooms both had 2 queen beds. Room #1: Cleanish, but for a room with 2 queen beds that can sleep 4 people they only provided 1 towel, no wash cloth, no hand towels and no floor mat for exiting shower. ÀND our complimentary shampoo bottle was used .. partially empty! The blackout curtains were ripped and could not be shut all the way. They were also stained, disgusting.There is no stopper in the bathtub and the tub was stained to the point we couldn't tell if it was clean or not. And when trying to call down to the receptionist we found the phone did not work. Room #2: As soon as you walked into the room FLEAS started to jump all over our feet! To the point our feet looked dirty When we walked to the reception to speak to someone about towels and the fleas the receptionist was nice enough but was too busy on his phone. I also found it difficult to find this hotel as it was behind a restaurant, with little to no signage or lights to direct us to the hotel Needless to say, we will not stay here again, nor recommend it to anyone else. Whatever the lowest rating you can give I would rate this lower than that.

Totally dissatisfied!!! I should have left because I have bug bits too!! The entire stay was horrible! From check-in to check out, HORRIBLE!! The attendant was on a call when I arrived and didn't acknowledge my presence. He finished his conversation and stated...checking in? Red flag! Room was filthy, dirty towels, dirty tub, dirty AC, TV and phone didn't work, dirty refrigerator, and a handle missing off the nightstand. I went back downstairs and the attendant was nowhere to be found. I then called from my cell to report the issues. The attendant told me a manager would be available in the morning! LIES!!! When I checked out, a different attendant told me that the manager could only be reached by texts or teams! I can't believe these owners are actually rent rooms like this! You've been warned! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Where to start? 1. Pool was closed but nobody working on it so obviously the hotel doesn't care. It's like McDonalds ice cream machine. Just decoration. 2. Did not know that housekeeping is only once every three days. When they did come, they only put towels and then left, no beds made. Nada. 3. Went to go open a drawer, the WHOLE front of the drawer came off. I call front desk. They do nothing about it. 4. Breakfast is a joke. My kids could make a better buffet of food. 5. Coffee is dirt water. 6. TV didn't work in room. 7. Towels, cheapest ever. Falling apart on the ends. 8. And probably the worst of it all. 10am Monday Morning. My family and I are gathering out stuff to be ready to leave. THE MAINTENCE TECHNICIAN JUST WALKED INTO OUR ROOM!! No knocking, NOTHING. How dare you enter my room without permission. I still had an hour before checking out. Makes me think, how often does he just go into people's rooms without them knowing. Overall, very disappointed. Will not be returning to this location and will continue to let people I know, not to stay there.

Great staff and great location. The room was very well equipped. Everything worked. Indoor pool and fitness center. Business center works. Very enjoyable experience.

Positive: "" Negative: I ordered two queens and when we got there they didn?t have any left. So my family of 4 slept in one bed because the pull out was in a separate room and the kids wouldn?t sleep on it.

This hotel was close to where we needed to go for the weekend. Looks nice from the outside and the lobby. Front desk clerk was great. He was quite helpful and friendly. Rooms were large. The first room we got smelled of cigarette smoke. We were able to get a different room. It was pretty dirty. The vents haven't been cleaned since who knows when. The shower had hair in it, the bath mat was disgusting, almost like they used it to clean a dirty floor and then put it in our room for our use. Furniture was old, ratty and dirty. One TV did not work, the tables the TV and microwave were on had drill holes in them. We will find a different place to stay next trip to Norman.

1. Bed quilt was lumpy; only one set of towels (worn) in king room|2. Safety issue - deadbolt does not lock|3. AC Heat unit - filter is dirty and outer cover dirty; unit cover fell off |4. Windows base and frames held dirt and mold, with window splattered with a clump of drywall putty|5. Exit door fob did not work for re-entry. We were told the door only allows people out not in (fob slot for key entry was red so power was accepting)|6. Pool was not operational and looks like had not for months |7. Hallway smells - unsure if flooded and just not cleaned. |8. TV in breakfast room not working; cereal machine mostly empty; bread was stale; yogurt fridge empty, no porridge or mix for pancake machine. Breakfast room not appealing in anyway|9. Pool out if order and looks like has been for some time. |10. Front desk clerk had feet up and was reading a book at 7:45 am. She did not appear interested in our concerns raised. She just shook her head as if to disagree or just didn’t care.
