This place deserves better reviews. The front desk people Linda and Muhammad were very nice. And the owner Rajesh who I got to meet is very helpful and understanding. The room and bathroom were clean. They also have a pool and fitness center. Really good, budget friendly option right by the highway.

We stayed here for 2 nights so we could visit Michigan and the Dunes. I love the location! We were 15 minutes from the Beach, close to a lot of restaurants, 20 minutes from New Buffalo Beach. A nice, clean room! It was a nice size for the 3 of us. The shower was hot and had good pressure. Nice size pool and a hot tub! Very clean too! The breakfast was okay (I'm not a big breakfast person though). Sunday, they had biscuits and gravy though which was good, my favorite! Everyone was really nice too! Wonderful employees. My son's favorite stuffed animal got wrapped up in the sheets and taken off with the maid. We thought Max was lost but they found him the next morning! We were so thankful!!

Our vacation was saved by Mimi at the front desk when our check-in at a neighboring hotel was not going to work out. She worked hard and quick to help us in a tough time. She was empathetic of our situation and got us a room. Mimi was clutch, and we will never forget the wonderful customer service she provided to my family. Also, the room, breakfast, pool, and amenities are top notch.

Positive: the front desk was exceptional. She is such a delight and gave us some delicious dining options. Negative: No. I thought they tried hard to make it a nice comfortable place.

Really enjoyed staying here because it's super clean, well-appointed, and the staff is amazing. The staff includes Alix on day shift and Linda in the evenings, and both of them are so friendly, cool, and efficient. I would return to this hotel versus others in a similar category and location for Alix and Linda alone-- they're that good. The housekeeping staff are wonderful as well. The hallways, rooms, and the entire property are kept very clean (and--props to whoever maintains the hydrangeas). The breakfast is typical for Radisson {corporate; meh} BUT the staff kept the food coming despite a sold-out summer weekend, and kept the buffet areas clean despite all the kids, which is quite an achievement. This property is close to the interstate, but a quick Uber/Lyft ride to downtown Michigan City and the beach.

The overall experience was great. Linda who was working last night was friendly, prompt and greeted us with a great smile. The room was clean and breakfast was good. Alix, who checked us out was very helpful and friendly. I was in town for 1 night to visit Indiana Dunes and my stay couldn't have been better. I highly recommend!

Look, this place deserves a 5 star rating for a variety of reasons, and I hope we can all keep my comments in perspective here. In the company of other hotels like this one, I'd say it's pretty decent. We had clean, comfortable beds, and the room was in good repair overall. Yes, some things needed some sprucing up (a few loose trim pieces, outlets that looked old), but everything worked, and nothing held us back. The check in process was smooth and easy. It took a little extra time, because there was a trainee. Perfectly fine. The pool was up and running and was clean. Not many seats, unfortunately, and the room was sweltering hot. So I opened a window. Problem solved. Parking was convenient up front, and didn't have any trouble getting a spot. I appreciate that all side doors did require a key card entrance. Many hotels, they are simply left unlocked. I can't recommend leaving much in your car, as there were a few homeless people with signs not far from the hotel. To each their own. Breakfast was limited, but still had a good enough amount of choices for us. Overall, good stay for the category of hotel. This isn't your Double Tree or Embassy Suites, or Intercontinental. It's Country Inn. And I'm fine with that.

My family and I came for a quick getaway to spend time at the beach and would definitely come to stay again! Room: A little outdated and a few stains on the carpet otherwise very clean. Has a microwave and full mini fridge, lots of movie channels (especially for if you’re bringing kids). Location: About 15mins from Washington Park Beach & Zoo. Culver’s across the street, close to other restaurants and gas stations. Service: Staff was very nice, accommodating, and personable. Property: Nice lounge area when you walk in, comp breakfast (eggs, sausage, B&G, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereals, toast/bagels, juices/milk/coffee), Pool & Hot Tub was nice, and a small work out room. Also a little grassy area that I was able to let my kids run around and play in.
