Location was great! However that's the only thing that was great! No greeting at check in, room was dirty and dingy. Asked to be moved,to a different room, never apologized for the room if anything she was rude about the request to move. Next room was just as bad, but there wasn't chips/cracks out of the toilet seat. Carpet was disgusting throughout entire hotel. If your standards aren't high and you like the dirty feeling this is perfect for your stay.

I read both VERY negative and positive reviews, but decided to take a chance. Our experience was totally positive. While not perfect, the room was clean and relatively well cared for (a bit of wear and tear in the bathroom). Decent breakfast (as long as they serve some kind of eggs and meat we're good 😊) too. LOTS of charging ports in the room... always a plus 👍

Very comfortable, clean and quiet place. From checking in to Checking out, everything goes smoothly always. I always stay at this property when I’m in the area for work. The front desk staff is courteous and helpful. The breakfast, pool and gym are great services that are included in the rent!!! We recommend this place to everyone traveling with families or for work.

This hotel was a lot older and dirtier than we expected after reading reviews. The people that work there were polite and helpful which was a blessing, but the room was dirty, especially the bathroom. The toilet stopped flushing after a few uses. The doors to the room closets were hanging off the hinges and everything looked broken and very stained. Thankfully the beds were clean. Overall the value did not match the cost. My son said I shouldn’t be allowed to pick our hotels after that experience.

I read some of these ridiculous reviews before I ever booked my room for four nights. The front desk is awesome. I just checked in so will not be able to comment on the continental breakfast but they are pretty standard anyway. I booked a king size bed. Yes it may be an older hotel so if you want a new one then book one. It goes without saying. That being said my room was updated. New composite flooring, nice tile and lighting in the bathroom. My room was spacious. Had a nice work desk. My refrigerator did not make noise. This room was clean with no oder whatsoever. Bed is comfortable but that is subjective to preference. Great place. I'm glad I do not believe those reviews ever. If a place has only 2 or 3 good reviews the rest are b.s. I stay in hotels almost all year long for work.

Do not stay here! This hotel is filthy. We stayed with 15 other families here and three checked out the first night. There was narcotic pills in the room, absolute filth in every inch, and the smell of weed radiating through the vents was disgusting. Families went and purchased their own sheets to put on the beds and their own cleaning supplies to clean their rooms. I couldn't tell you the last time a mop was used. The breakfast is nonexistent and trying to get extra towels is a joke. Watch your bank account too for extra charges. The only reason we stayed for the entire week is due to us playing in the Babe Ruth World Series and there was nothing else available! Do yourself a favor and do NOT stay here.

Walked into a half clean room. The thermostat was hanging off the wall. When we called about it they came and duck taped it to the wall. Went downstairs to ask for additional towels because there was only 2 sets of towels for a family of 4 and no one was at the desk. I waited for about 10 minutes and finally someone came to the desk. It is in a good location but the hotel is pretty run down. I will never stay here again.

NOT GOOD! I’m a travel agent and This place was really terrible. We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this is one of the worst. They don’t clean your room but every 3 days and when you ask for towels (Bc you only get 2) they are not nice about it. The fridge and microwave were not clean and very worn. The closet doors were hanging on my a thread. The lamp beside the bed had open wires hanging down. The tub wouldn’t drain. The jacuzzi tub was filthy! Hand leftover water in it. Carpet throughout was dirty and stained. Drywall tape was peeling off the walls. The drawers for your clothes wouldn’t stay shut. Dirt behind the toilet. Mold around the bathtub. The breakfast bar was not good at all. Don’t be deceived in thinking you’re gonna have a meal. ||For 2 nights we paid $386🙄||Trying to save someone else from wasting their money.
