Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Manchester Airport, NH - Hotel in Bedford - 250 S River Rd, USA

The rooms are decent for what they are. There's normal wear and tear but they are clean. The pool is cool but not freezing, very refreshing. Where this hotel really shines is the staff. Kim was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond for me at a very vulnerable time and made my situation significantly less stressful. Her compassion, understanding, and positive attitude was a godsend. She deserves a raise. Update: had to stay another night due to being unable to go home. All of the staff are wonderful.

Rooms are fine for what you pay. Little things were annoying like hair in the ice holder, some sort of stains in the jacuzzi, bathroom is small, stain on pillows, plus small pillows, fridge made our food completely freeze. I’m mostly annoyed that we bought a suite king room with a jacuzzi in the bedroom online and even called the lady before getting it to make sure of what we were buying. We got to our room. No jacuzzi. Nothing like the photo we thought we were getting. Way smaller. We called front desk right away saying we got the wrong room. She was very nice but all she could say was all the jacuzzi rooms were taken. Take it down from the website if that’s what the situation is… You cant just do that to guests without giving some sort of refund. Which we never got. The room we got was cheaper then what we paid for which was a suite. We were aloud the second night to finally go into the room we bought at around 3pm. Once we got in our “correct room” (still wasn’t what is online) and settled in 3 maintenance men barged in (no knocking) and go “sorry we have to measure this”. They measured a window when me and my boyfriend were in the room without any warning. Super awkward. Thank god I wasn’t changing or anything private because again NO WARNING. I have done housekeeping before and know that even if you think it is an empty room, you know and yell to make sure you’re not walking in on anything. Overall we had a good time. That is the only reason why I will give it 2 stars. The people above us also were very loud to the point they were shaking our bed at 12:30 at night.

Carpet stained, drapes stained, somehow the TV was stained and the couch was so stained I never sat on it. There was a bar of soap leftover in the shower (hairs included) from the previous guest. The dust and debris piled up in the hard to vacuum areas was very noticeable. We weren't really there for the room so just dealt, but when notified of the cleanliness issues the front desk acknowledged they knew and just said they were getting all new stuff soon. So, don't clean what you have? Also the card reader in our door died after 1 use and needed maintenance the next day.

Date of stay: Saturday, June 29th, 2024.||We were given rooms 215 & 221. 2 very different rooms. 221 is a charming & regular room, while 215 is an extensive, spacious, roomy Suite. ||The hotel check-in person was very friendly and cheerful. We had a great conversation.||The hotel is very bright, clean, and appealing. ||Our room was very large, with a living room containing a couch/ Television/chairs/ dining table/ desk, and kitchenette. ||The bathroom is huge (2 doors) and immaculate & bright. The shower head is a little low - which could be a challenge for tall people. The large sink and counter offer plenty of room to put stuff down. ||The bed is very comforfotable & clean. (Zero sign of pests). The mattress was firm but provided a good night's sleep.  There were 4 pillows on the king-sized bed, which were a little thin for my liking, but otherwise very good.   We just asked for two extra pillows, and it was perfect. ||The breakfast is complimentary, consisting of scrambled eggs, sausage links, breads, coffee/tea/juice, waffles, cold cereals, etc ||The hotel.is pet friendly as we saw many dogs - be sure to check their policies when booking. ||Free onsite parking is available. ||There is a nice pool in the hotel, which is open until 10pm. The fitness centre is 24 hours. ||There is even a games room with arcade games like ms pac-man etc. ||The hotel is very close to Target & shopping. ||Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay. ||We enjoyed it very much. ||This was only our second time ever staying at a country inn and suites, and both times were amazing. ||

The whole family loved it ! I had numerous flight delays/ cancelations. They worked with us. Rooms were large with comfortable beds. The whole place was very clean. By the check in desk they have complimentary cookies in the afternoon and fruit in the morning along with a free breakfast. The pool was also clean. If you're looking for a hotel in the area , this is the place to stay !! Sorry no pictures

While cute from the outside, it’s nasty inside. First walking in you immediately get hit with a stench of cigarettes. Get into our room and it is dingy, the furniture is falling apart at the bottoms. The bathroom was disgusting, some sort of gunk everywhere. The bed looked clean but felt muggy and almost damp all night. The sheets are not soft and the mattress was typical for a hotel. If I could give zero stars I would. We stayed for a wedding weekend and word for the brides, STAY AWAY!

Look for another hotel!!! Although it looks beautiful from the outside, it is just the opposite inside. The lock on our door was broken. Our toilet was loose, caulking in bathroom all black, nasty!! Pool and Spa were closed, howling dog in a nearby room, room was NOT clean! Sketchy people in there...no doubt about it! The room needs alot of TLC. Another review mentions that you can hear everything from other rooms, and that too would be accurate. Mattress is probably over 20 years old. Pillows were basically useless. The woman running the breakfast was closing shop before 10 when people were still coming in. Gotta love cobwebs and odd looking bug too. Eww! Never again!!! The only positive thing I can say, is the gentleman at the front desk gives a lovely greeting upon arrival. I'll say this once and I mean it, for your own good and safety, STAY AT ANOTHER HOTEL!

My partner and I had an amazing time at this hotel. There’s free parking, a mini fitness center, a little computer room, a laundry room, a mini game room, etc… All of that for an inexpensive price. We will definitely be back if we’re in the area again. There’s also a Pressed Cafe nearby that has delicious food. The only downside for me was how slow and wonky the elevator was, and how hard you have to push to open your hotel room door. The pool is also not heated, but it was still nice!
