Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Madison West, WI - Hotel in Middleton - 2212 Deming Way, USA

We spent a night here after visiting some nearby state parks. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Nice, big room with a large, clean bathroom. Easy parking with walkable access to local restaurants. Warm cookies and fireplace in the lobby. Breakfast and staff was great. Some minor inconveniences: it was noisy above us late at night, our TV remote barely worked, and WiFi is pretty spotty. We would visit again.

Positive: The staff is always pleasant and efficient. They are happy to give me a top floor room if it is available. The beds had metal things hanging out that I tripped into. It could?ve hurt someone. I alerted the staff and they copied the picture I took. Negative: The breakfast. It would be nice if you could offer alternative milk options for those of us who do not like or are intolerant of cows milk. Also, can you offer more hot sauces? You only offer chalula. Something more middle of the road like Red Hot.

Positive: Safe location. Clean rooms. Nice staff. Great continental breakfast. Affordable. Negative: Pool could have been warmer. Elevator broke the morning we were leaving. It was difficult to manage with a small child in a carseat and luggage climbing up and down the third floor

At least once a year we visit Madison and always stay at The Country Inn and Suites, Madison West. The people are extremely friendly, the rooms are clean and the price is reasonable. Their hot breakfast is great. I enjoy the pool and hot tub while staying here. If you want to exercise, they have a good array of equipment. Without a doubt I would highly recommend staying at the Country Inn and Suites, Madison West if you are in the area.

We have booked a room here multiple times a year for the last few years due to my husband being on call a few weekends a year. Unfortunately the quality of the pool/hot tub area has declined greatly. This last visit the bottom of the hot tub was dirty, the pool was not much better either. The rooms are ok still but if you want to use the pool and hot tub, just be aware it is not always clean. We will be looking for a new regular hotel for on call weekends.

Quite happy with everything here. Rooms are big, clean and quite. Also the breakfast they serve us decent for the price you pay. There is a small gym but only with treadmills so better go run outside. Overall really happy! I would stay here again.

Positive: Very clean. Had what we needed for our one night stay. Easy check in and out. Nice pool and hot tub. Negative: I thought the bed was too hard and the pillows too soft.

Took my family here for a one-night staycation this weekend. We selected it because the pool, breakfast, and the pet policy. We have a tiny little dog and it cost only $50 at the hotel (or $60 to kennel). The room was very clean. w00t! I always enjoy tall ceilings at hotels. Jose and Monte were very friendly, and breakfast lady was on her game. Recommend
