Words can’t describe this place! Maybe….Dump? Rugs stained, shower old with cracks and holes, dirt in sink, hair on the wall, things falling apart. We actually left and went to a Marriot 2 exits away. People were in the room across the hall and we heard them with doors closed. Place need to be fumigated, renovated and remodeled.

Checked into our room on Saturday night after driving for 8 hours, and we really wanted to shower and go to bed. The location near the highway is convenient. We walked into our room to find it had filthy stains all over the carpet and ironing board. The window had handprints and junk all over. The tub was chipped and had hair and dirt in it. We requested a different room right away. The woman at the front desk was nice enough, and showed us 2 other room options, but they weren't any better. We said we'd just stay in the room we were in. When we went back to settle in for bed, there was a bug in one of the beds. We started pulling up the sheets only to find a few more bugs in each bed. We immediately gathered our things and left. The woman at the desk said she'd have the manager contact me on Monday. I am definitely disappointed, and now we're driving another 8 hours home even though we're exhausted and just paid for a room we didn't stay in. I'm hoping something can be done about the payment on Monday.

I am sitting outside with the “workers” as I type this. The level of professionalism here is terrible. During my stay here (2 nights) I have never been less impressed. Stained carpet throughout the hotel, older hotel with minimal renovations, tubs are peeling, lighting is tragic. Requested a late check out only to come back to find that my room was being cleaned before 12p. May have something to do with staff never being inside of the building; so when I requested a later checkout the clerk that was supposed to be at the front desk was outside, however I did let her know-gave her my room number thinking she was going to make the appropriate changes advise housekeeping of the late checkout. Do not waste your money here unless you are in need of convenience off the highway.

Pros - Staff we encountered during our stay were very kind and helpful. The beds were comfortable though the pillows are half the normal size for some reason. Despite some louder neighbors, we could not hear them in our room which was impressive. ||Cons- Pool was closed. Room carpets are disgusting and other elements of the room have clearly been unkept for quite some time. No toilet paper holder. Tiny trash can in the room and no trash can in the hallway. We like to clean up after ourselves, but we were unable to because of nowhere to put our small amount of trash. ||I would choose a different place to stay next time. Any hospitality business could do a better job at keeping up with wear and tear on their facility.

It was around 230am that I began to see a roach. I remained calm because other than that it had been a great stay and service was superb. As I left the bathroom a bigger one came out. I went to get a bottle of water and another came running from behind the fridge and microwave. It was awful and they did not even have any rooms.

Horrible! I have stayed at many Country Inn and Suites in the past and have trusted this brand of hotel. I cannot believe they put their name on this place. My mistake, I booked late and when we arrived the clerk was out smoking and waited 5 minutes at the desk to be served. When we got to our room the carpet and toilet was stained. The toilet ran all night and the room was very humid. We did not get much sleep! Lesson is do your research even with chains that have a good reputation.

This place is by far the worst place I have ever stayed!! I can't even I don't know were to begin .. this place is so nasty there was trash under all the furniture stains on the carpet/bed ..the bath tub looked liked it had never been cleaned before. The staff is always outside smoking and on there phone.. we even asked to move rooms because we had no cold water so we had to take a shower in just hot water that would burn you. The staff said they would send someone to fix it or move us rooms and that never happened! ... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ..NASTY!!

Rooms are completely dirty. I don’t think they even clean them after previous guests. It was scary to sleep in the bed because the floor was smelling as pee. There were no front desk on duty when arrived. We were checked in by a guy in the lobby with no uniform who was texting with somebody via WhatsApp to check us in. It did not feel safe to give him our ID cards too. Avoid this place by any price.
