Debbie is amazing and so sweet. The room was clean and everyone was so nice. The pillows aren't the best but we only stayed one night so it wasn't a big deal. By far one of the best places we have stayed in a long time. The breakfast was fresh, and everything was stocked perfectly and neatly.

Clean room, water pressure may be a little much for some but I appreciate removing dead skin cells with ease. No smart TV capability, but does have cable options with subscription channels. This was a last minute work trip, that was cut short. Hotel refunded a day even when checking out after 4pm.

The pillows were HORRIBLE. Bring your own pillows! That being said, I loved EVERYTHING else about this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, the shower was AMAZING, the free breakfast had LOADS of options, the receptionist and housekeeping staff were extremely friendly, and the hotel itself was just so cute! I will always stay here if I'm in Lawrenceville. 5 stars except for the pillows. Those are zero stars.. lol.

Bhumi is fantastic. She is not only fantastic at customer service, but also sweet, professional and a happy face to greet weary travelers at the front desk. She was right when she stated that the housekeeping here is top notch and she was right. The room is clean and smells nice. It's rare that you go into a hotel room and it smells nice. I am so glad that choice hotels now includes Radisson hotels. We visit the area every few months and this is our new home away from home. Bhumi is the example for what customer service is supposed to be.

Luke warm water for showers at best. Over 500 bucks for 4 nights due to business and no hot water. The front desk was no help as she said it was normal and every room was the same. The place was clean and location was convenient but with no hot water and the rooms had a musky odor I had to say this wasn't the best place to stay with what they are charging. If you like a hot shower keep looking as this one will disappoint you.

Overall Outstanding |From the Front desk, Housekeeping Saily is the Best, Kitchen, fresh Coffee 24/7, parking, superrrrr clean, and safe. Bed, pillows are good too. |So highly recommend period.|Best location as well, good restaurants near by and quick assess to highways. |SM

Great place ! Good value. Place is very clean. Smells clean. Furnishings nice throughout. Staff pleasant. Bed good. Bathroom good in all respects. Breakfast adequate. Location good. Easy to get to other areas around here, yet not in the mess of crowds. Good experience. Would definitely come again !

My king size room was comfortable and the ac worked great! A very convenient location northeast of Atlanta. Includes a free breakfast with several options - be sure to get the potatoes. The hotel has a very friendly and hospitable staff, especially Bhumi. I will definitely stay here again!
