Great Choice of Amenties, great food, nice pool. clean and spacious room and comfortable bed! has a complementary pool and fitness center. break every morning from 6am to 9am as well as a laundry room and room service!

The rooms were very clean and modern. The lobby area and sitting/dining area was clean and inviting. They have a large patio that had a gas fire pit that was nice to sit and visit on. There was a very nice selection of breakfast items, from hot food, cereal, fruit and pastries. Nice selection of coffee. It was a very nice stay.

Very clean room. Laundry clean and worked great. Everything was in good condition. |Due to food allergies I rarely eat at hotels but hard boiled eggs are available and the staff was always willing to heat them. |Alex at front desk really nice as were all the staff.

Outdoor fire pit was really cool, it was nice to sit outside and relax. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was excellent, coffee was surprisingly delicious. Just wish there were thicker blankets in the rooms. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

One of the Best Motels we have stayed in! Justin and the rest of the staff was very kind and courtesy. It was Nice to see American Plain English speaking staff... Breakfast was Very Good. Coffee was Great. Room was Clean! That's our pick on a motel. THANK YOU!

I recently had the misfortune of booking a stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lawrence, KS , and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. As someone with multiple sclerosis, I often need to make last-minute changes to my travel plans due to my health condition. Unfortunately, this hotel showed no understanding or empathy whatsoever.||||First off, their cancellation policy is utterly rigid and unreasonable. When I tried to explain my situation, the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. They seemed more interested in their bottom line than in providing any sort of customer service. I was bounced from one employee to another, each one more unhelpful than the last. It was clear they had no intention of accommodating my needs or offering any flexibility.||||The lack of empathy was astonishing. Instead of trying to understand my condition, they acted as if I was trying to scam them. Their greed was palpable, and they made it abundantly clear that they only cared about making money off their guests, no matter the circumstances.||||To add insult to injury, the overall attitude of the staff was appalling. They gave me the runaround, wasted my time, and made an already stressful situation even worse. It's deeply disappointing that a place in the hospitality industry could be so inhospitable.||||I would strongly advise anyone, especially those with health conditions, to steer clear of Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lawrence, KS. Their lack of compassion and customer service is truly disgraceful.

We stayed in this hotel years ago when it was brand new and it was very nice. We returned thinking it would be the same. It is not! Our room was clean but the drain in the shower was broken and not working. Our air conditioner was awful and slow and the fan would not turn on high. It wouldn't even cool our room down 5 degrees over night. The staff were not too friendly. The common areas were filthy and looked as if they are never vacuumed. This includes the breakfast area. The floors were absolutely nasty. There was waffle batter spilled all over the floor and side of the cabinet (see picture). There were no clean dishes so the disposable dishes were set out. The breakfast was not very good either. Everything was grimy and dirty from people touching it and it never gets cleaned. The breakfast attendant came out but did not acknowledge us and never cleaned up the mess on the floor. This was most likely from days ago. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Front desk (sales) Ryan went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable for two weeks. He definitely deserves a raise. I had quite a few issues with my room and he made sure to accommodate me to the best of his ability. He was very understanding and even helped me bring up groceries. He was the best part of this place.
