Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Kingsland, GA - Hotel in Kingsland - 135 The Lakes Boulevard, USA

The pros: -The location is great. There were restaurants to choose from. -The beds were very comfortable with pretty soft pillows. -There was enough parking spots that I didn't have to park a mile away if I returned to my room late. The cons: -You have to bring you room card to the front desk to check out. This lead to me having to stand in line for over 10 minutes just for the checkout to be finished in less than 30 seconds. -The bathroom was pretty gross. The tub and the toilet really need to be cleaned better. Also, the towels were closer to yellow than white. -The blinds were also pretty dirty as well. -There was a dehumidifier in the room that had to constantly be emptied. -The overall cleanliness of the entire hotel needs a lot of work. All in all the hotel stay was an ok experience. I definitely would not stay there again. The price was pretty cheap but sometimes you get what you pay for

Loved the charm of this hotel. The pool was open late and was nice. Wish we could have stayed longer. Food was probably good if there were any left. Always disappointed when I get to breakfast and there isn't enough for the last half hour of the appointed time. Breakfast was our only complaint. If it says food till 9:30 but they don't add more after 8:45... Kind of frustrating. The cookies and juice in the evening was a nice touch though.

Positive: Breakfast included a variety of options and the food was good Negative: The hotel smells like smoke in common areas. The floors in our room were dirty and we hair was on the bathroom floor, tub, andtowels. We alerted the staff of the hair and requested a cleaning through the text message process but never received a response.

I had one of my best hotel experiences. Rooms were clean the staff was nice. Breakfast was alright. Definitely worth the price. Location was very good if you are traveling to Miami.

Positive: Location Negative: The credenza was nasty smelling. The drawers had extra pillows and a blanket and they smelt so awful as well. It's dated and needs upgrading. The woman running the coffee room is rude. Needs to understand she's there to please and accommodate guests.

STAY AWAY!!! The room was dark, outdated, and had dirt on the floor. The furniture looked like it had been beaten with a baseball bat. I was not being super particular about the room since it was a cheaper price and it was late at night when we arrived. However, once I found the STAINS, BEDBUGS, and SPIDERS crawling all over the mattress. It was a no-go. I did not stay and did not get any of my money back. The lady at the front desk also refused to give me anything written stating that I did not stay, in hopes of getting my money back. Don’t waste your time on this dump!

I booked this hotel for 3 nights. The first night, the toilet did not flush and the AC did not work. The second night, there was mold on one of the beds in the second room they placed me in and the door was difficult to close. There is black mold throughout this hotel. I left for health concerns and was advised I will not receive any discount or refund of any kind! I have reached out to choice hotels and am calling the department of health as well as OSHA.

Upon arrival, the staff and service were fantastic. Very attentive and reasonable overall. However, the room was dirty, disheveled, and the bed had a brown crusty substance on the sheets. The bed was made, showing the apparent disregard for dedicated service when my wife and I found the crusty brown stuff on the sheets. When I went to complain and request a refund, I was met with an interesting policy: no full refunds if you have been checked into a room for longer than an hour. With a little pushback, the gentlemen did the right thing and called his manager for our full refund. I do not think the employee was being dishonest, he was only demonstrating his training. Recommend anyone who stays here to do a full walk through of the room. With an hour to do so, it is clear this establishment is not willing to hold up their end of the bargain and provide a clean space ro stay for a short time.
