Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Kenosha, WI - Hotel in Kenosha - 7011 122 Ave, USA

The room was clean and stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was an incident in the lobby that my young daughter witnessed that made us uncomfortable and concerned but did not traumatize us. Things happen. The pool was crowded throughout the night, it was New Years Eve, but the next morning was empty, clean and stocked with towels. The hot tub was almost too Hot but it felt really good.

I had a clerk her name was Misty Dawn. What a great clerk and went out of her way to help me with a reservation. I was told I couldn’t get in early She went out of her way to try and get the time I needed to rendezvous with my husband coming from Chicago. The hotel itself is very clean and accommodates all of our needs. Great place to stay !

Front staff (Misty) was very helpful and friendly and breakfast lady (Sara) was fast very polite and professional. The breakfast selection was very good. The pool/hot tub/fitness center area was nice. The only down side was that the bathroom fan developed a squeal that sounded an awful lot like Daniel Stern in home alone when he was being electrocuted. Other wise room was very nice.

What a nice Country Inn and Suites. It was very clean and well taken care of. The desk staff was friendly. The pool area: It was clean and the pool was clear and not too cold. The hot tub was very hot (yes!!) and all the jets worked with plenty of pressure. There also was a nice shower in the pool area. Plenty of clean towels available. There was a good exercise area too. The room: The bed was comfortable and the furniture was all in good shape. It had a mini fridge, microwave and a coffee pot. A full bathtub and shower combination. The sofa bed was good. The room had two tvs with many channels. The bedroom separates from sitting area with a door. The Breakfast: It was nice with many choices. They had cold cereal and hot oatmeal with toppings. Scrambled eggs with sausage and biscuits snd gravy. Yogurt, hard boiled eggs and a variety of breads for toasting. Coffee, juices and milk were available. I enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again. Only negative, it is very close to highway and if road noise bothers you then bring earplugs.

The hotel itself was nice enough. We did like the set up of the king suite. But .... The hotel's policy is to clean the rooms only once every three days. We were fine not having the room cleaned during our 2-day stay. But, we feel that if this your policy, please make certain you have enough supplies in the room for three days. Examples .... extra garbage bags. Our 2 little bins were overflowing. More coffee cups and coffee. I don't mind reusing cups, but a fresh one would be nice since they're cardboard. More washcloths. The two of us were given a total of 2 washcloths for 2 days to share. And an extra one is nice for wiping the counter by the coffeemaker. I'd stay again if those things were remedied.

Positive: The hotel was really clean, the pool and jacuzzi were really clean and warm I like how they have adults only pool time from 10pm-12am. The breakfast was really good and it was hot. Negative: N/A

Positive: The King Suite had a separate bedroom with an extra door to further provide quietness when sleeping and isolate the first person rising from one who may be still sleeping. It had 2 TVs to allow a couple to watch different programs. 2 sinks. desk. Negative: It was good with easy access to the main highway.

Positive: Breakfast had a nice variety of items. The breakfast staff was very attentive and kept the area very clean. Negative: Missed the fresh cookies that we had at another Country Inn a few days prior to this stay.
