Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Jackson-Airport, MS - Featured Reviews (423)
This hotel is a joke. Checked in and the A/C was set at 61 degrees and blasting. The room was frigid. Then there was no TV remote. Front desk staff acted put out to get us one. It didn't work. Went back down to front desk. She wanted us to bring all of our luggage down to the front desk before she would give a different room. Finally convinced her that wasn't happening. Got a new room. Same thing happened.....A/C on 61 degrees, remote worked to turn TV on but the volume didn't work and it was on loud! And I haven't even mentioned the old hotel, made up, trying to look new. Whoever painted did a terrible job. There is paint on the light switches, door handles, knobs. Carpet is dirty.
Door doesn't close properly. It took 30 minutes for us to deal with this before we were able to relax after a 10 hour drive. One of the worst hotel experiences that we have had.
I would have rather stayed at a rest stop parking lot. This place is overpriced for such poor accommodations. The place is falling apart. My child sat on the toilet, and it literally shifted under their 54 pound weight. The bathroom ceiling was peeling. The water never got hot. This place was just a wreck. We were moving cross country and had to stop due to car issues. Thankfully, we had our own sheets to throw over the bed because I trusted nothing in this place. I didn't sleep well at all from worrying. I took a nap at best, and when the sun rose, we were out of there. Do NOT book here.
For 125 a night and a 50$ deposit I expected a lot better. Elevators bad, floors are rotted squishy on the 3rd floor. Rooms are decent but still budget bare minimum renovations, no bathroom fan, and worst of all room service every 3 days but they didn't even make it to the 3rd floor to take trash from the hallway. I'd pay 70 - 80$ for this room tops without the deposit.. sorley disappointed country inn. I expected better from all the other country inns I've stayed in this has to be the worst.
Your room do not get cleaned unless you ask which I have never heard of that. Here on a business trip I had to ask for towels. I had to ask for my trash to be changed. Then I had asked numerous of times pertaining to the lobby area to where I can use the computer to take care of business. Staff attitude is horrible. Not to mention the own have 2 pet dogs living here barking all night.
Positive: Everyone was very kind ! Negative: Well just shuttle however they did accommodate me eventually! Very accommodating Hotel
Pros: The king/queen sweet was nice. Beds were pretty firm but the amenities are nice. The front lobby was decorated nicely for Christmas.
Con: Parking (no back or side parking) Toliet handle was broke. I asked for a late checkout due to getting in so late and this is the only time I get to see my boys while I'm on the rd for my Army class. The man at the desk asked how late? (11 checkout)said 1? He said no. I asked 12? He said no. I said " so no late check out then?!" He just nodded. He needed to work on his bed side manner but he wasn't mean or anything. Over all I think the price was a little high. The hotel appears clean but after further investigation, the hotel was actually pretty filthy. Floors are dirty and have a funny smell to them
My family stayed while passing through. Overall the stay was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful, albeit a little chaotic it felt. The hotel wasn’t necessarily dirty, but didn’t feel clean either. It just felt a little bit neglected. Doors to storage closets were open, sanitizer had stained walls, etc. that didn’t necessarily instill confidence in the cleanliness and care of the rooms. Ultimately, the bed was comfortable, and we all slept well. If you’re looking for a decently priced place for a quick stay over, it’s fine. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay for a few days with nice amenities, I’m not sure I would recommend it.
Made advance reservation with young fellow with strong south Asian accent who was in training and seemed off center. |Wanted one room 2 senior adults with small dog and got a price quote of $129.95 all included .|Arrived at hotel two rooms reserved, no pet mentioned on third floor and price quoted was $129.95 plus $50.00 for dog . I cancelled and walked out . Got the quoted price next door at La Quinta of $129.95 . What a bad experience and cluster F at Country In an Suites

Great location but you wonât hold a wedding reception here. As a Marriott Titanium Elite Member it is a good hotel for an overnight stay anytime. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Lots of locations to eat and very close to the I-20/I-5
We normally don't stay with HI but ended up here. It was a great visit, Sydney at the front desk was SUPER. She was like our own concierge person. We will definitely stay here again.

I find myself in MS quite a bit and had never stayed here before. The service was great, the breakfast was well organized, clean and sufficient. The location wasnât great for what I needed and I wouldâve stayed at the downtown
I stayed at the la Quinta in Pearl Mississippi on two separate nights during my vacation. Once on my way west on my trip to Texas and then on my way home and my return trip to Alabama. The first day was made pleasant because it was late at night when
The staff made you feel welcome and at home.. Rooms were nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The price was very reasonable. They had a nice selection for the complimentary breakfast. We will choose Sleep Inn again.

This was my very 1st time coming to a game here & I must say it was alot better than I was expecting. All the food & drinks were reasonable prices. The parking wasn't over crowded & the price to park wasn't bad at all. We had good seats in the shade
Cinemark is my theater of choice when I'm home. We saw "The Color Purple" in XD.
Purchased tickets online through Fandango, (reserved seating) and scanned my QR code once inside. Reclining seats to enjoy the HD experience are always a plus, but my s
First time to visit, nice and clean, on a Saturday from about 10-1 , not extremely busy, I was okay but thought like some places having you are here on directory would help some people navigate
We were driving to Dallas, Texas from Prattville, Alabama and planned the trip around stopping in here based on the reviews alone and we couldnât be happier that we did. Their donuts are light, fluffy, DELICIOUS, and not too sweet at all!!! Itâs
My 1st time eating here in Pearl, MS and it was well worth it. The ambiance was lovely. The staff were very helpful and polite. The place was clean, there was a short wait before being seated for it to be a Saturday evening. Though my chicken was
Unassuming and laid back restaurant with delicious food. Having never eaten Crawfish before, I didnât know what to expect. Conclusion: super tasty. Glad we got the mild, as they were still spicy but super flavorful. Shrimp po boy was also very good
