Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Greenfield, IN - Hotel in Greenfield - 2070 N State St, USA

This hotel is such a wonderful little hotel I was worried about what it would be like just because I never heard of the name before. My husband and I were driving through desperately tired just wanting to sleep everywhere else was booked up no rooms. I called here they got me in a nice king size bed it was very quiet all through the night. Woke up had a decent breakfast there was make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, French toast sticks sausage links. There was also other items like cereal yogurt muffins and oatmeal. Definitely will be visiting again if we go fishing at Elkhorn pay lake :)

Super great check in process and lovely staff!! Laundry is broken but after 7 pm they allow you to use their machines for a small fee. Rooms were super clean and very quiet.

Positive: Convenient and nice rooms and breakfast. Negative: My friend I was traveling with had a little problem not having an elevator. Prices were a bit high.

Nothing short of amazing and comforting. NOT TO MENTION COUNTRY! Everyone including the guests no matter where they were from were friendly kind and cordial. We didn’t see any name tags but anyone on the clock from 6/29 after 8pm until 6/30 at 10:30 am deserves a pat on the back and some monetary gain FOR SURE!!!

I travel a lot throughout the year. Been traveling for work for the past nine years. I have never had such a pleasant check in experience as I did with Samantha. She was extremely welcoming, professional, and not just interested in “checking me in” and moving me on, but engaging in conversation. Even throughout my 2 day stay, passing her in the hallway, and in the lobby, she made sure she had a big smile on her face, and greeted me along with others. It didn’t appear that she was at her JOB but more like she wanted to be there. This is so rare with hotel staff. She’s a keeper!!!! I’m in the Security industry so I look for details. This property was clean, well-maintained, and in a nice area. I recommend this location (especially if Samantha is on the front desk!!)

Check in was supposed to be at 3:00 but our room wasn’t clean until 6:00 (if you want to call it clean) We were in town for a baseball tournament and several parents said they were charged two and even three times.

Positive: Staff was great, indoor pool was very clean. Quiet hotel, excellent bed and pillows. Good, hot breakfast. Negative: No elevator and hallways were hot. My window was open 1/4" and would not close and I could hear parking lot noise. I had to stuff a towel in the crack but it wasn't too bad since I was on 2nd floor.

After a horrible experience checking in at another hotel (Days Inn) to find cockroach infestation at the door. This hotel is clean, fresh and professionally maintained, THANK YOU!
