This motel quite a bit nicer than when it was a Days Inn. We got a room with two queen size beds. My son's bed had a couple of stains on it that made me question if it had been properly washed. The room in general did look clean, so did the bathroom. The motel in general looked great, and the free breakfast was huge, many hot options to choose from. It should be a five star review, but that dirty looking bottom sheet bothers me. Over all a very nice motel, and worth coming back to again.

Room was absolutely disgusting. Never cleaned. Shoe box and Amazon box in closet. Old apples and garlic in dresser along with what looked like mouse crap. Beer bottle under the desk. Food all over the floor. Dried pee all around toilet seat. Went to take a shower and handle fell off. Couldn’t shut water off without forcing handle back on which tells me they never cleaned the bathtub either. Blood on the side of the bed cover and what appeared to be another bodily fluid squirt onto the bed shirt. We didn’t trust walking barefoot on the carpet or put our suitcases near the floor. Had to go get all new bedding and put it on ourselves. We contemplated sleeping in our car that night. We would have left that night but we were there for a big softball tournament and literally ever hotel in the entire area was booked. We had no choice but to deal with one night there. We checked out the next day with nowhere to stay the following night but was a better choice than staying one more night in that place I’ve never stayed anywhere this bad. I would never, ever recommend this place to anyone. We felt dirty leaving. Left our luggage in the garage and took all clothes. Clean clothes never worn directly to washer because there was no way they were going back in our house without being washed first. The only good thing I can say is the manager. She was extremely nice and understanding of the situation and did everything to fix the situation. She had zero excuses for the atrocious accommodations we had to deal with. To sum it up it was the worst travel experience hands down.

Had a wonderful stay! Doug (hopefully I spelled his name right) was excellent! He was very helpful and kind and made us feel welcomed! Also, the front desk lady in the mornings was very sweet! I wish I would have gotten her name! She was an older lady and was very kind and welcoming as well! We unfortunately were a bit late to breakfast because we overslept and she still allowed us to have some cereal, which was super kind of her! The pool and hot tub were very nice and so were our rooms! Overall, we had an amazing stay and if we come back in the area, we will definitely stay here again! :) This place deserves 5 stars!

The hotel room was really nice and clean. The breakfast was great and was not the same thing every day. The employees were super nice. Loved the hot tub and the pool. The whole hotel was super clean. Will definitely be booking here again.

Positive: Clean and nicely decorated. Professional staff and good free breakfast! Negative: The location is convenient overall, but there's just a few gas stations and small businesses around. Nothing exciting...

Our room was clean, but the outside of the building could definitely use some work. There are cigarette butts all over the place outside and along all the walkways with broken building material. The jacuzzi was nice to have on our stay but I would look into the chlorine levels, I couldn't sit in there for longer then 5 mins before my eyes would burn, BIGGER better pool towels would be a good start, I shouldn't have to use 3 towels to dry off before I can even be able to walk through the hotel. The midnight corporate meetings in the lobby felt a little cult like too. Our bed was comfortable and the location was good for what we needed. (Close to downtown grand rapids) Breakfast was okay, with different hot food offered each day. Not the best tasting, but nothing a little salt and pepper can't fix. They do offer daily housekeeping which you can opt out of at check in. Still waiting on my deposit to be returned...

got a room, last minute. checked in and everything was fine. came and left the room a few times. the door stopped working. front desk claimed that someone must have locked the door from the inside and there’s no way for them to get in. i know for a fact there’s no reason for anyone to have locked the door, and even if they had. wouldn’t it be a fire hazard for them to be unable to open the door in this situation?? they said i would have to wait 3 hours for the manager to come in and not a second earlier. First they said all their other rooms were dirty but then said they wouldnt provide me a different room to sleep in unless i paid for it. i already paid for a room and we were about to drive 14 hours back to georgia, and all i wanted was a few hours in a bed but i ended up stuck in the lobby sleeping on the floor.

Stayed in a king bed room. Everything was clean and up to date. Bed was comfortable. LOVED the layout. LOTS of space! Had a refrigerator and microwave in room. Location was great and the are felt safe. Didn't have time to take advantage of the breakfast, but it is offered. There is a hot tub but forgot suit so did not try it. A little miscommunication from the front desk attendant at check in to the front desk attendant at check out which was a little annoying, but overall I would stay here again.
