The lobby here is very warm and friendly. The overall tone is very quiet and peaceful. The coffee bar in the lobby is very well maintained and well stocked with quality creamers and sweeteners. My room is very clean. The beds are well made and very appealing to the eye. The coffee maker and coffee bar in my room is very well stocked. The overall experience is very well done. I highly recommend this location. The pricing here is definitely very competitive also.

The hotel room is clean and spacious. The fitness room is adequate. The pool is indoor and clean. The front desk team were friendly and helpful. They have coffee, tea, and cookies available all the time in the lobby. The breakfast offered a good variety. Parking is easy. The location is a five minute walk to the downtown area. The lobby was inviting. Easy location to get to many places.

Very nice hotel. We appreciated that the hotel was clean and welcoming. Our room was large and comfy. They served a good breakfast with many choices. We took full advantage of the warm indoor pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and helpful, we ended up staying there for 3 nights.

Well I was unlucky enough to end up in theis town the night before Northen Arizona graduation and most of the hotels were sold out and the ones who were not were doing dynamic pricing so I paid $350 for my room.||The room was decent sized but faced Butler street which is loud as hell. AC did drown out some of the noise.||Breakfast buffet was decent. Parking was OK.

This hotel had covered parking which was nice and the room provided a great view of the mountains that overlooked the town. The neighborhood was clearly going through some gentrification with other newer hotels and condos popping up amongst some older establishments. We were able to walk to several highly rated restaurants, so this was a good bonus. This hotel still looked polished and new, with everything clean and neat. Breakfast was decent, and they always had coffee and tea available. We had basic needs for the stay and this place fit the bill.

The good: great location; walking distance to lots of breweries. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The bad: rooms are very sterile, very little on the wall. You cannot run the fan continuously on the A/C; so it goes off and on leaving you going from hot to cold all night. A/C is VERY loud; bring a fan.

My kids and I stayed at this great location in March 2024. We had a great experience with the staff and personel. Room was clean and the service was wonderful. |But the unbelievable experience that I’ve had was finding my backpack after 5 days. I thought I’ve left my backpack at home but I’ve left it behind at the hotel. I’ve called them after 5 days and they said my backpack is there. I had cash, brand new designer wallet with box, and many other valuables that all were in there. The staff are trustworthy and this is an unbelievable experience! Thank you Rashan and cleaning crew for keeping my belongings safe.

DEF ENJOYED MY 2 DAY STAY, THE KING SUITE W/ SOFA WAS WORTH IT, ESP FOR 1 PERSON TOO. HAD A ROOM THAT HAD A NICE STREET VIEW, FACING SOUTHWEST. COMFY BED AND PILLOWS. WASNT ABLE TO CHECK OUT THE POOL BUT I DID HAVE TIME TO HIT UP THE FITNESS ROOM, WHICH SURPRISINGLY I WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO USED THE FITNESS ROOM DURING MY STAY(OR THE TIMES I WENT, NO ONE WAS IN THERE). DEF WILL BE BACK VERY SOON!!!
